Excellent, professional service!!
5/5

We booked the safari segment of our South African vacation through Madi at Wild Wings, choosing lodges in Sabi Sands and Klaserie. Madi dealt completely with every question or concern that we had. We had never gone on safari before so we had loads of questions which Madi patiently answered. She made excellent suggestions and gave us top notch advice. We found Madi to be extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely use Wild Wings and Madi again to plan other African trips.

Fantastic Safari Experience
5/5

Just came back from a three day/two night safari in Lower Sabie. Absolutely stunning! Can't believe how lucky we were to see so much on such a short trip. Simon was a fantastic guide, great at spotting animals, cooking, entertaining and educating us throughout. I can't recommend Wild Wings highly enough. Thank you so much for a magical experience.

Simply Amazing
5/5

It could not have been a more amazing experience. We booked the safari through Wild Wings Safari at the very last minute. 3 weeks before we were suppose to head to South Africa and our correspondent, Madi was fantastic. She was helpful throughout the entire process and ensured that everything would be ready for us when we arrived. True to her word, our Ashton shuttle picked us up at the hotel and delivered us to the Reserve and from there it was GreenFire Lodge. Isaac our pick up driver was also our game driver during our 3 night stay. He was knowledgable and friendly. Thanks Isaac!

Our lodge far exceeded our expectations. The reservations done was simply amazing and the first night we were there, we saw elephants out side our balcony. Unbelievable.

Everyone at the lodge was friendly and nice and the food there was amazing. I loved the traditional outdoor BBQ meal and the Chicken Pot Pie we had for lunch was unforgettable. I'm still thinking about it a month later.

I can't recommend this place enough.

Amazing safari, all details handled by WildWings
5/5

We used wild wings to book our safari while in greater Kruger national park. Our trip was a last minute decision and we had a list of bucket list items including safari. Madi at wild wings took care of all the details from transport to lodging. She found a fantastic lodge (Mohlebetsi) which I'm not sure we ever would have found had we attempted to arrange our trip ourselves. Our multiple game drives rewarded us with the big 5 plus hippo and wild dog! The accommodations at Mohlebetsi were perfect and full board of meals were delicious!

A very professional safari package which made our trip to SA a wonderfully memorable experience
5/5

WWS provided help in making the important decisions about where to go and what to see and experience in SA, the email exchanges were efficient and clear and the service provided overall in delivering the agreed package was very good. Having never done a trip such as this we put ourselves into the hands of WWS and were not disappointed. The whole experience was well balanced considering the different areas we visited, and the transport timings were well organised and efficient. Overall the accommodation was very good. The safari experiences were the highlight of the holiday, particularly with WWS safari guide in the Kruger national park who enabled us to view all of the big 5 animals and many more. He also provided a lot of information about the habitats and habits of the animals as well as looking after us and feeding us very well.

Amazing Safari Trip
5/5

We were extremely happy with the service and tour provided by Wild Wings Safaris and our tour guide Simon was utterly fantastic during our 4N 5D Kruger Safari trip. They were able to accommodate our request for a Panorama Route tour on our way back to Johannesburg as well. We saw all the Big 5 and Simon's knowledge and passion for his work is admirable. We stayed 2 nights in Sukuza Camp and 2 nights in Satara and breakfast and dinner were personally cooked by Simon (delicious Brai and fusion food). We highly recommend Wild Wings Safari as our preferred safari tour operator.

A Christmas safari exceeding all our expectations!
5/5

The communication with Madi at the office was always rapid and alert, flexible and nice in all contacts. Booking process went smoothly and effective.
Services were efficient and very high standard. Our guide, Simon, was more than service-minded, and he was also one step ahead when it came to planning. This made our trip very pleasant, we were treated in a calm and caring way and Simon always had a smile on his face. He also drew were safely and he even stopped several times making possibilities for everone to take their perfect photo.
The meals were also a treat, and this counts for breakfast, brunch and dinner. Christmas dinner was ever so nice with gifts, extra fine laying of the table and colored lights. Simon did always lay the table very neat and even though we were at a camp, the table with cloth looked just like in a restaurant. Another thing to mention is that he also cooked different course due to our demands without complaining.
As the title of our review implicates we were more than satisfied. A more knowledgeable guide is not to be found on this planet. Simon knew so much about nature and how the ecosystem works. His knowledge in animals seemed to be enormous and he shared this with us in perfect portions. Even though we looked at giraffes several times, he always had something new to tell us. He answered all our questions and tried to make us understand the way animals in the savannah live. We made many game-drives and ever time he showed and taught us something new. Sometimes we almost thought he had bribed the animals to come to the road and greet us.
The thing we appreciated the most, was however that it shows how much Simon loves the animals, the birds and the whole of Krugerparc. We were lucky to see an enormous amount of animals and birds, including the big five, many more than one could dream of, but the way Simon worked, with his expertise and his experience was what made this trip totally unforgettable.

Great experience, very affordable, with first class service.
5/5

We couldn't be more pleased with our safari experience booked through Wild Wings Safaris. Madi helped us decide where to go with very little advance notice and we decided on 2 nights each in Chobe National Park, Kruger National Park, and the San Sabi private game reserve. We saw much more than we ever expected and we were glad we visited all three as they were all different. All the transfers arranged by Madi worked flawlessly. We were especially happy with our guide, Simon, in Kruger. We stayed at the Skukuza Rest Camp, and though it's not as luxurious as our private lodge accommodations, it was plenty adequate. It was very nice to stay inside the park and not miss out on the early game drives if you have to wait to enter the park in the morning. Simon took care of everything, including cooking our delicious meals. He was very knowledgeable and we would not have seen 10% of what we saw if we had tried to do it ourselves. We felt very pampered and well taken care of. Madi also coordinated our days in Johannesburg with suggested tours and lodging in addition to a side trip to Victoria Falls. She was a wealth of information no matter what topic was thrown at her. I can't imagine you can go wrong booking with them.

My family and I had a fantastic time on the Safari that Wild Wings recommended and booked for us.
5/5

Wild Wings Safari booked us on Safari at Elephant Plains lodge - it was spectacular! The personal service from the moment you arrived from staff and guides was outstanding. Not only was the tracking brilliant, but Dawi, our guide, was also really good at predicting which direction the animals would move and was thus able to often get a good spot ahead of them so often we could watch them ambling leisurely towards us. It was phenomenal. We saw loads.....up close! His off road driving was spectacular too. There were so many magical moments both at the lodge and on the drives. The setting was fantastic. The food was also fantastic. And eating outside in the evening was pretty special too.

Wild Wings also booked us into Hippo Hollow for New Years eve. The welcome and service there too was outstanding. We got to watch the hippos in the river and come up onto the grass while we having dinner. A new years eve to remember!

The planning and organisation of our trip was great - very efficient and professional. In the end, though, it is the recommendations that count for so much......so five stars and a massive Thank You to Wild Wings Safari for Elephant Plains and Hippo Hollow. A magical time for me and my family.
