Fantastic Beyond words!
Since we began corresponding with Australken, all our questions had been perfectly answered and all our preferred hotels booked so we had no surprises on arrival other than delight. They dedicated time to cater for our specific needs and also proposed some positive changes in order to make us save some money on the final deal. Our guide was terrific and very easy-going explaining to us many things along the way at every stop. Best Value for Money !!
I was in Nairobi for a business Trip and a friend of mine had recommended Australken to me and I emailed Zippy who was prompt and came back to me with a really good offer for myself alone with my own safari vehicle. One night in Lake Naivasha and the following day in Mara which I really enjoyed.
I came back with lots of photos and very fond memories of Kenya.

Best cook best Guide!!
May I start by saving that this our 4th safari but fist to Kenya and I can not recommend this company enough. We were met at the airport by cheerful helpful Zippy who dropped us off to our Nairobi hotel. We spent a week being looked after by Daniel and Nelson. Daniel was a fantastic cook who took care of my gluten intolerance. Nelson could answer any question. Knew every bird and animal. Honestly can't recommend this firm enough and would use them again. Thank u so much!!!!

Professional from start to finish.
I would like to thank Zippy and her team for organising the best memorable honey moon for my wife and I .We had a fabulous time in Arusha, Ngororongoro and Serengeti before flying to Zanzibar for our beach extension. Our guide was really knowledgeably ,prompt, patient and we were so lucky with wildlife we saw all the big five and we really enjoyed our Zanzibar retreat as both transfers were smooth and timely.

Well Recommended!!!
We visited Kenya in February and our safari took us from Nairobi to Kericho for the Tea farms as am a tea lover and always wanted to see the farms then to Kakamega forest as my husband loves the birds and walking. We wanted a non tourist route to avoid congestion but we had to see Masai Mara and the wildlife and it was fantastic. Our guide was amazing with our teenage boys as they bonded very well. The safari was well organised by Zippy and her team and the level of service was beyond our expectation , we were really touched by the generosity and the effort that went to make our safari a success. Outstanding safari delivers more than expected service.
From first contact to seeing me off at the airport 2 weeks after my tour ended, Zippy, Evans, John and Robinson looked after my every need. Zippy called daily to the crew to find out how I was and spoke to me directly on occasion to ensure that I was happy and comfy. No breakdowns, no accidents, everything went smoothly and the itinerary was well planned and followed. John provided great meals, and we even shopped together which I enjoyed. The vehicle even has wi-fi! Evans is an expert guide and is very passionate about his vocation. We had 9 days of unforgettable game viewing and site seeing. I was so happy with Australken that I hired a driver for 2 days of touring around Nairobi at the end of my stay in Kenya. Not only did I have Robinson to drive but John came as well and we had a great time together. I have been on several safaris prior and rate this one as the best one thus far and highly recommend Australken.

Fantastic Flamingo Experience in Bogoria
I have just returned from Kenya and I had a real good experience, my goal was the flamingos and Zippy advised me to do Bogoria instead of Nakuru and for sure they were in Millions. I also had a nice safari in Solio as it was not in the usual circuit. Th whole experience was brilliant.

Best Of Kenya and Tanzania Safari !!
We booked for 10 days East Africa safari through Australken and we were so delighted by the level of service from when we arrived in Kenya to our transfer to the Tanzanian border to do Ngorongoro and Serengeti. We enjoyed our Guides and the accommodation choice. We will come back next year to do Rwanda with them.

Best Experience !!!
We booked our honeymoon through Australken we did a safari and a beach holiday in Mombasa. We have nothing but praise for Zippy and her team for the effort she put in as we kept on changing our safari dates.
Our guide Symon was the best, so educative about the wildlife and the entire country. Our highlight was in Masai Mara at Osero Camp as we got a good honeymoon suite and a complimentary bush diner . We definitely recommend this company and if we return we will use them again.
