perfect and personal service
For the second time we entrusted Natasha at Sun Safaris with the A-Z organisation of a family holiday.
This time we opted for a 16 day tour in Namibia that Natasha at Sun Safaris organised perfectly to our demands/expectations.
Correspondence with Natasha is very good and prompt. All our preferences and attention points are well integrated in the proposed tour and locations (like smaller boutique hotels/lodges). Multiple suggestions are made from which we can choose and suggestions/questions are well integrated in updated propositions.
We are very pleased with the flexibility of Sun Safaris when replanning our trip due to Covid-19.
Natasha managed to reschedule the whole trip much to our satisfaction and with no additional costs.
We highly recommend Sun Safaris if you are planning a trip / tour.
We look forward to working again with Sun Safaris for our next trip to South-Africa. We fully trust that Sun Safaris will plan yet again an amazing family holiday.

Great Experience, Great Accomodation, Great Holiday
At first I was concerned about the cost, but after the experience, the cost was justified.
I stayed at 4 lodges in Botswana and they were all fabulous. The rooms were clean and huge and modern. The meals were realy good. The staff at the lodges were just amazing. How they remembered everyone's name I don't know!
The vehicles were perfect for the game drives. The guides were knowledgable and friendly.
Then, the puprose of the visit was to the see the delta and Sun Safari certainly organised that brilliantly. Game drives, boat trips and walks. Really great.
I would certainly use Sun Safari again.

Great family experience!
I booked the first time with Sun Safari and was really impressed about the service. I was in touch with Natasha who suggested me a very private lodge (Ukumbe). The game drives & the accomodation were amazing and she also managed to get a walking safari for my 10 year old son. Normally they don't do this there, but she organized a special guide for that. To wrap it up: I would book again ;)

Perfect African Safari efficiently organised and managed despite multiple Covid interruptions.
Trip organised for 2022 and postponed for two years - all arrangements and costs were honoured by tour operator and safari company. The lodges booked provided a perfect overview of the Botswana experience. Luxury and great friendly service throughout. The entire experience was worth the money and two years anticipation.

We have been waiting for this trip for 2 years. After 2 postponements managed perfectly by Natasha, the 3rd was the right one and, early in May, we were able to enjoy the magnificent sites of Somalisa, Bumi Hills and Nyamatusi in Zimbabwe. We had already traveled with Sun Safaris 5 or 6 times (when you love you don't count anymore....) for trips always organized with flawless professionalism by Natasha or her colleagues. Thanks to Natasha for this last trip which will remain a great memory for us.

Knowledgeable and professional operator of African Safari's offering superb product and service.
Booked a 9 day Safari with wife and 17 year old granddaughter to Botswana with Brett at SunSafari's. We visited three camps, Khwai, Camp Okavango and Linyanti Ebony. Everything went off without a hitch, every detail was taken care of and the experience was outstanding...the guides and staff at each camp were well trained and personable. The trip was extremely memorable and will leave a life long impression, particularly on our Granddaughter. Highly recommend the very professional services of SunSafari's.
