Exceptional
I contacted a range of different tour operators for my safari to the Serengeti and to the Ngorongoro Crater. Shenga Tours immediately stood out from the others in the way that they responded quickly and comprehensively and always went the extra mile to respond fully to questions and to provide valuable advice.
Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel like I was Shenga's special customer with the degree of attention that was provided. All of the accommodation that we discussed and agreed on lived up to - and exceeded my expectations and the safari itself was an wonderful experience with an excellent driver / guide, who was a great source of information and was expert in tracking down a huge range of animals - including the 'big five'.
Special mention goes to Kelvin who was meticulous in every detail and supported me all the way in my safari plans. He was a total pleasure to deal with and I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work and care. He met me on arrival and escorted me when I left for the airport at the end. He was fundamental in making my safari the huge success that it was. With the current travel problems caused by the situation in the Middle East, Kelvin helped resolve any issues and concerns that arose due to events outside his control. I had to stay an additional night in Tanzania due to flight disruptions and Kelvin immediately stepped in and made hotel arrangements for me accordingly.
I honestly would recommend Shenga Tours and Safaris to anyone who wants a safari organised with peace of mind. It was excellent value for money and I enjoyed every minute.

Great 2day Tarangire and Ngorongoro safari
I spontaneously decided to include a safari while visiting Zanzibar. Kelvin from Shenga office did a great job, he organized everything: transfer to Zanzibar airport, flights, whole safari topics as well as our way back to Zanzibar.
William, our guide & driver, was excellent, too. In our private jeep, we saw a lot of animals: elephants, giraffes, lions, zebras, and so many more.
Thumbs up, we really enjoyed our trip! Asante sana!!

Amazing Experience, Highly Recommend
We were a bit apprehensive about booking because there weren’t many reviews and it was a newer operator but we are so glad that didn’t stop us from booking. Kelvin and his team are professional and quick to respond to any and all questions. Coordinated all of our flights and transfers and was available via WhatsApp for anything we needed. We are so happy we went with Shenga, we felt like we were with family. George, our driver and guide, was the real star of the trip. He was knowledgeable and very adaptable to the needs of the group. We felt incredibly safe during the bush camping, and he was a lot of fun. He was determined to help us see the big five, and we were lucky enough to see them on our 4 day safari. We were on our honeymoon, but opted for the shared tour to meet other travellers and everyone in our group was lovely! The chef who travelled with us was great and the food was local and delicious, he was able to cater to someone in our group with a fish allergy. Would highly highly recommend!!!

There are fully of charming and unique services
This tour was more beautiful then we expected Fully of experienced guides and they brought us to the one of the beautiful waterfall i ever seen after the waterfall trip they was also take us to the lunch place and the lunch was delicious and different kind of food was there, also we learnt on how to coock brown rice and after the food we had a best coffee tour with alot of expected coffee boys who were make us to enjoy alot and our tour to be much unforgettable. For really i recomend this tour.

hiking to waterfall such a fresh air and amazing melody of birds,we make the coffee as well we had a local food from our village which is very delicious and we were really enjoyed to visit materuni village, for real I recommend this tour.

Very kind and loving people they felt like family. Loved the coffee tour and explanation of everything also being included in the process. Never felt such great hospitality. Coffee was absolutely delicious and I’m not a coffee drinker. I will become one now
No answer after a reclamation
The car had an issue which made us lost a whole day, there was no compensation and no answer to our messages on both instagram and whathsapp. This is not professional at all. My wife and I were really deceived of this lack of seriousness and sense of responsability.

Everything was Amazing! People there are kindly. The nature and the waterfalls are ubique! You cant lose this experience. The best part of the tour it was the coffee ceremony! Thanks for everything! :-)
