Best Safari ever!
We booked a safari with Allano and his team as a family, and we can honestly say: we were thrilled from start to finish!
The pre-trip organization was exceptional. Allano explained exactly how the trip would unfold, what we should bring, and what to expect, so we knew right from the start what was in store. He was available to answer every question—always friendly, patient, and genuinely interested. Whenever a problem arose, he took care of it immediately and found a solution.
The airport pickup went perfectly, too; we were met upon arrival and given an incredibly warm welcome.
Our guide, Captain James, was the absolute highlight. He speaks excellent German and is incredibly personable, humorous, and patient. He not only told us a lot about the wildlife and the landscape but also shared personal stories from his life and culture.
Our cook also made a wonderful impression. He was always friendly, practically always had a smile on his face, and worked with us to prepare everything beautifully. The food was delicious every day and made our evenings together perfect.
Captain James knows the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater like the back of his hand. With his incredible eye, he spotted animals we would never have seen on our own. Throughout it all, he always took the necessary time and never rushed us.
We were incredibly lucky to see—among other things—lions, elephants with their calves, a leopard, and even a jackal.
This trip will remain a cherished memory for our family forever. Many thanks to Allano, his team, our wonderful cook, and especially to Captain James for this fantastic experience!
