Mara Wanderlust gave us a wonderful safari experience
We had a great experience with Mara Wanderlust! Everything worked out right from the beginning to the end.
We initially contacted many agencies but settled on Mara Wanderlust because their agent, Vincent, was quick to respond to our enquiries and had realistic answers to all our questions. Their itinerary was also easy to understand.
And when we arrived in Kenya, we loved the reception. The safari hats were so nice. And their guide, Glenn, was also patient and knowledgeable. We were able to see all the Big5 in Masai Mara. Amboseli stood out because of the huge number of elephants and scenic views of Mount Kilimanjaro from Ol Tukai. At Naivasha, we were able to do a boat safari and see hippos.
We really enjoyed the safari and recommend booking with Mara Wanderlust!

We had an absolutely amazing 3 days / 2 nights Maasai Mara safari arranged by Mara Wanderlust. A special thank you to Naiomi, who planned everything so smoothly from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience stress-free and memorable.
Our driver Felix, did a wonderful job throughout the full day game drive. His knowledge, patience, and sharp eye for spotting wildlife made our safari truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Amazing
We booked with Mara Wanderlust to Amboseli during August School Holiday. Our kids wanted to see Mount Kilimanjaro and I can say it was a great experience. The driver guide was kind and a good storyteller. Our kids were not bored at all.

Incredible from start to finish!
Thank you to Naomi and team for organising the perfect honeymoon safari! We couldn't have asked for a better person to help plan our special holiday! Naomi went out of her way to get us the best deal and find us a camp that met all our requirements, she did not give up and we ended up at the beautiful Kandili Camp which exceeded our expectations and they truly made it a special honeymoon experience! An Unforgettable First Trip to Kenya
I had an amazing experience with Mara Wanderlust, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to organize my first trip to Kenya.
A special acknowledgement to Naomi, who was my main point of contact even before I arrived. From the planning stage, she was incredibly accommodating of all my requests while also sharing her own recommendations and inputs to help us put together the best possible itinerary. She was responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was well arranged. What impressed me even more was that her support didn’t end when the tour was over—she continued to check on us afterward and proactively asked for constructive feedback about our experience. That really showed how much she and the company care about their guests and about continuously improving what they offer.
And of course, a huge thank you to Michael, our guide, who was a major part of what made the trip so memorable. From the beginning, he was incredibly friendly and easy to get along with, and we quickly developed a great rapport. We aligned on our preferred timings, and he was consistently punctual and reliable throughout the trip.
Michael always made our safety and comfort a priority. He looked out for us at every stage and made sure we weren’t unnecessarily bothered or put in uncomfortable situations. Whenever something wasn’t right, he was also quick to speak up and raise concerns on our behalf, which made us feel very well taken care of.
His knowledge of Kenya, the safari, the wildlife and the places we visited was excellent. He constantly shared interesting information and fun facts about the animals, which made every game drive much more meaningful. He also understood how important the photos and videos were to us and went out of his way to help us get the best possible sightings, angles and memories. His own passion for photography and wildlife really matched our enthusiasm, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Most importantly, Michael never made the trip feel like he was simply doing his job. His enthusiasm, friendliness and genuine passion came through every day, and by the end of the trip, it felt like we had travelled with a friend rather than just a guide.
From the planning with Naomi to experiencing Kenya with Michael, Mara Wanderlust delivered an incredibly personal, well-organized and memorable safari experience. For my first visit to Kenya, I genuinely could not have asked for a better introduction to the country.
Highly recommended, and I would absolutely choose Mara Wanderlust again for another Kenya adventure. 🇰🇪
