Folks, Boss Wang is incredibly reliable and capable of handling tough situations. One of our travel companions had their bag stolen while entering Kenya from Tanzania, and Boss Wang tracked down the thief even before the police did. If you want a stress‑free trip, you can book with him without hesitation.
For our honeymoon, he generously surprised us with a cake — and this review isn’t just because of the cake! There were little pleasant surprises every single day, making our journey absolutely wonderful.
Also, I highly recommend our guide George. He has amazing people skills and helped us spot the Big Five effortlessly. Five‑star recommendation!

By chance, we booked this travel agency and Mr. Wang was really responsible and reliable. He would instruct the guide on the itinerary every day. Mr. Wang asked us how we were doing, bought us cakes at his own expense, and treated us to drinks; Answering all questions, able to immediately find solutions when encountering problems, and able to immediately find someone to solve stolen items in Kenya; Mr. Wang arranged a very excellent guide. During the days of safari in Tanzania, we saw more than 50 lions, 3 leopards, 1 cheetah, and 4 rhinoceroses, all of which were observed very closely.

I found Westwild two months before deciding on my travel dates, and Mr. Wang quickly developed a customized itinerary based on my preferences. Through several rounds of smooth communication, we finalized the plan together. Throughout the process, Mr. Wang and his assistant were extremely patient and friendly, offering many helpful suggestions. In Serengeti, thanks to their highly experienced guide, we successfully spotted all the animals we wanted to see—including leopards! The experience of tracking leopards and watching wildebeest cross the river truly showcased his expertise; it was amazing! During this trip, whether in Serengeti, Arusha, or Zanzibar, we stayed at hotels offering excellent value for money, ensuring great rest and comfort. Therefore, I highly recommend this travel agency.

West Wild delivered a seamless, luxurious, and wildlife-rich Tanzanian safari that felt perfectly tailored for first-timers, thanks to their impeccable planning and an outstanding guide.
The service was top-notch. They recommended ultra-premium lodges that genuinely exceeded our expectations: stunning locations, world-class cuisine, attentive staff, and breathtaking views that made each evening feel like a dream. Every transfer and logistics detail ran like clockwork, so we never had to worry about a thing—just relax and soak in the magic.
The true star, however, was our guide Yoaza. His passion for wildlife was contagious. He worked tirelessly—waking up early, scanning the horizon, and driving extra miles—to ensure we spotted the Big Five and countless other species. He knew exactly where to position the vehicle for the best photos, shared fascinating insights about animal behavior, and respected the animals’ space at all times. His genuine enthusiasm made every game drive exciting, and his warm, patient demeanor made long days in the vehicle an absolute pleasure.
There was, however, one small hiccup: on one game drive, our vehicle had a minor mechanical issue. But instead of letting that spoil the day, our guide Yoaza rolled up his sleeves and worked hard to fix it on the spot. More impressively, he voluntarily extended our game drive by several hours that same afternoon—taking us to new spots and ensuring we didn't miss a single sighting. That extra effort more than made up for the brief delay, and we ended up seeing even more wildlife than we had planned.
Thanks to Yoaza and the entire West Wild team, we came home with a thousand photos and even more incredible memories.

Communication before departure was prompt and clear, all arrangements including car, lodges and park permits were perfectly arranged without any trouble. Our driver-guide was extremely professional, with rich wildlife knowledge who helped us spot all the Big Five and countless migratory animals. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, meals and accommodation matched the booked standard fully. The overall value for money is excellent, and the whole trip was reliable and worry-free.
