I highly recommend West Wild! The service was outstanding from booking to the end. The most impressive was their incredible flexibility — due to heavy rain, we adjusted the itinerary at 9 PM via WeChat, and they rebooked lunch instantly without any hassle.
It was a trouble-free journey with zero delays, sudden changes or issues. They were also very responsible: when my card was stolen, the local team actively helped recover the funds. Even after full payment, they checked in daily with advice and left thoughtful surprises (gifts were not the reason for this review).
The pricing was transparent with a one-time fixed fee. Our guide was excellent, ensuring we saw all animals and perfect moments with well-balanced time allocation. The vehicle looked good outside, with only slight interior wear, and never broke down. Seeing 6 of their trucks in one day also showed the company’s strong strength.
10/10 would book again!

Impressive Safari – A Truly Memorable Experience!
First the price is reasonable, and camp amd lodge are all really good.
Our guide Danial was absolutely professional—he efficiently helped us collect the Big Five. Whenever we passed a beautiful spot, he’d proactively stop and let us take photos. His driving skills were equally impressive, we helped two stucked car during the trip!
Besides, the driver Walter who took us to the airport was incredibly kind and we talked a lot. We arrived at midnight, and even though he had to drive back himself, he didn’t complain even once—such a professional.
The only small regret is that we forgot to take a group photo together at the end. Next time!
Overall, a perfect safari adventure. Thank you for everything!

Mpole was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the Serengeti and its wildlife—spotting lions, leopards, and herds we’d only dreamed of seeing—but also thoughtful and attentive, knowing we were on our honeymoon and adjusting the pace to let us soak in every sunset and safari sight. His passion for the land and animals was contagious, turning each drive into a fun, learning adventure. Every detail was taken care of, making us feel safe and cared for throughout the trip. Incredible Safari Experience with West Wild — Professional, Fun & Unforgettable!
West Wild is an absolutely fantastic tour operator! The itinerary was well-planned and fairly priced, with fast, clear communication and responsive problem-solving from the very start. The team felt reliable and trustworthy, making the whole trip stress-free.
Our safari guide Octavian was outstanding! He was incredibly skilled at spotting animals quickly—we saw almost everything on our list! He shared fascinating stories, history, and even taught us Swahili phrases, keeping the mood light with jokes and fun quizzes (which had us taking notes!). He also took great care of everyone in the group and kept the vehicle spotless every day.
Rapper Ali was another highlight! He played great music, freestyled, and even got us all singing along—he was so happy with our energy that he bought us fresh coconuts! He even turned a steep hill into a roller coaster ride and went back for another round when we loved it.
The Chinese meal at Pagoda in Zanzibar was a huge surprise, way better than expected! We also had unforgettable moments like dancing with travelers from all over the world at a live band show. Every part of this trip exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to book Kilimanjaro and Namibia with West Wild again in the future. Highly recommend!
