Willing to help anything! Really nice! Nice catch for animals and have a lot animals story sharing.

Value for money
8D/7N safari + SGR train tickets to Mombasa. Communication with Franklin was very swift but a bit lacking with final confirmations (like that third was to be paid in cash). I was surprised when transferred/sold to another company, is this tour operator or travel agency? The other company however was excellent so no complaints there.
In the end everything went well except a small detour that I asked and was accepted, then later revoked with a bit shady "official letter" and in hindsight I can't see how it would have fitted in our program. Simple apology when plans changed would've sufficed since this was a budget trip.

Unforgettable experience
We had a fantastic 7-day safari trip in Kenya and Tanzania with Bold and Wilderness Tour. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience filled with breathtaking landscapes, incredible wildlife, and well-organized logistics.
Our driver was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable and in the best spots for game viewing. The accommodations met expectations, offering a great balance of comfort and authentic safari atmosphere. We also really appreciated how flexible the itinerary was, allowing us to adjust plans along the way based on our preferences.
There were a few moments of miscommunication and misunderstanding about an extra night and additional cost during the trip, which caused some initial concern. However, the team responded quickly, resolved everything, and ensured that the rest of our journey went smoothly.
In the end, everything came together beautifully, and we left with amazing memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-rounded and immersive safari experience!

Very well organised
I booked a multi day trip through Bold Wilderness Tours and the service was excellent. Frankline went over and above to accomodate my requests and the tour guide, Joshua, was 6 stars. He took very good care of us and was the perfect host. I would definately recommend Bold Wilderness and will definately use them again on my next trip.

Generally good
The safari's were amazing and of good quality. Accommodations were nice and we were treated with hospitality. We saw a great amount of animals during the game drives and I had an amazing experience overall.
There are few points of improvement:
- Payment clarity: The operator charged me extra for the digital payment, which was not communicated before the trip started.
- The hotel in Nairobi halfway during the tour was not included, while the itinerary we agreed on stated that all accommodations would be included. This also resulted in additional costs.
- Accommodations in Tanzania did not include a towel, which became clear upon arrival. It would have been nice to be aware of it, so I could bring one myself.
- The bus ride from Nairobi to Arusha was not a comfortable one for someone with long legs. Small seats and a crowded bus.

The Bold wilderness my experience has been very Reliable and accommodating to my last moment needs.
We are a couple and we picked up Bold wilderness from net. Our interaction with Mr. FRANKLINE led us to decide on Bold Wilderness. And we are glad we did it. Everything was planned perfectly. The tour guide Mr. KIKITU was excellent and we had 7 days of fun filled safari. Thanks to FRANKLINE for his personal attention to plan every details. We wish the Company the very best and keep on serving their customers and winning hearts.
We will come back again with them.

This trip completely exceeded my expectations
Everything was so well organized, and our guide was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and somehow always managed to spot animals before anyone else. Thanks to him, we saw lions, cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, and so much more. Every drive felt different, and there was always something exciting to see.
I also loved how patient everyone was and how passionate they were about wildlife. You could ask as many questions as you wanted, and they were always happy to explain things.
A huge thank you to the entire Bold Wildness team for making this trip so special. I would definitely choose them again and recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya!

Amazing safari experience! Excellent guide Peter, great driver, and very helpful team!
Thank you for everything! It was an amazing experience. Our guide, Peter, was excellent, and we saw almost all the animals except rhinos and hyenas. The driver knew the paths and the savannah very well. Even when we had a problem with our flight, they were very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended!
