We saw all the animals, ate delicious food and were helped by kind staff. Only minor issues.
4/5

We had a lot of fun. We saw all the animals we wanted to see, saw all the big 5 and much more. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind. Our guide Jeffe was capable of finding the best spots to watch the animals when there were many jeeps trying to approach the same animal.

The Seronera camp in the Serengeti is extremely poorly maintained and has no amenities. This will be the same for everyone who stays there, no matter the tour operator.

There were some minor issues that had only a small impact on our experience which I'll list: We were dropped on the wrong hotel at first. We were told there was room for our travel bags on the jeep but at the last minute we were told we could only take half of our bags and had to rush to rearrange everything. We were told at 5am we would be picked up from the hotel at 6am that same day and then we had to wait almost 1 hour for our car after getting ready at 6am. These delays were the norm during the safari as well. Despite being promised, no sleeping bags were distributed on the first night. Finally, tipping is always a hard subject for us as europeans that don't have/disagree with tipping culture as it is bad for both employees and customers. We were told during the booking process the value of tip that was expected which we agreed to. However, during the safari we were told a 3 times higher tip was actually expected. That ended up not being too bothersome as when we gave only the tip previously agreed upon, no one questioned it. I hope with enough pressure tipping culture is abolished so that employees are properly payed by their employers and customers get to know the real price of the experience before booking.

Every company on this website can show you the animals. I hope not all of them also give you all this trouble.

Welcoming
5/5

The team at Kenrobs has been so helpful during the planning process, while on safari, and even after the safari ended and I had remaining time in Arusha. Selecting an intinerary was straightforward and communication was always quick. When we had problems with a contracted guide, the team was quick to respond and checked in several times throughout the trip, eventually replacing the guide. Marcel was exceptionally helpful, and even agreed to take me around Arusha on my last day since I had a late flight! I highly recommend.

Fantastic Kilimanjaro Experience
5/5

My fiancé and I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with Kenrobs (Machame Route - 5 days) in August, 2026. The trip was fantastic, our guides Joseph & Godliston and the rest of the crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Could not be happier with Kenrobs - they made setting up/preparing for the trip easy and straightforward.

We stayed at The Bright Star Hotel before and after the climb which was setup by Kenrobs. It's a clean and nice hotel with good food.

He was very kind
5/5

The first day we stayed in a hotel in Arusha and it was not so good. The location was safe but the problem was that the room wasn’t close to our expectations although the guys in the reception were very kind and helped a lot.
Especially , we had 3 more days to do safari and finally we went to ngare lodge!
It was really nice and I was very satisfied there because the food, the reception and the people were really decent.
In the end our safari driver was awesome! We had a really good time with David! Hakuna Matata! Ask for David!

Great attention to detail & quick response time
5/5

We used this company to book our Kilimanjaro climb and our 4 day safari. From start to finish the entire process made easy and stress free through the help of our tour operator. They communicated quickly and effectively using WhatsApp and were able to create an itinerary that suited our goals. The airport transfers and accomodations were excellent. The guides on both parts of our trips were knowledgable and very helpful. I highly recommend Kenrobs Africa & hope to be back in the future.

WONDERFUL- fully custom itinerary and were incredibly hands-on from start to finish!
5/5

Amazing safari experience! Communication was excellent, and Marcel and Erik worked with us to fine-tune a fully custom itinerary. They even came to meet us before and after our safari, communication was great. The service was reliable from start to finish. We saw all of the Big 5, including the rhinos!! Our driver Jackson was extremely knowledgeable and great to be with, we had sooo much fun with him and became friends by the end of the drive.

We did stay in tents at the Serengeti and the crater. I would recommend not staying at Nguchiro Public Campsite. You can customize this when you plan your trip.

Comfortable vehicle, good lunches, and overall GREAT bang for your buck. We’re a group of 5 in our 20s and specifically searched for the best value, this was absolutely it. Highly recommend.
