5/5

For us as a family our experience with World tours was excellent. First of all all the planning was donne with care and expertise. Everything was perfect and our guide outstanding not only for his experience and keen eye to discover animals but his smile greeting us in the morning was unforgettable.
I highly recommend World tours &Safaris Tanzania

Climbed Kili
4/5

On very short notice World Tours Safari was able to arrange for my trip up Kilimanjaro. Richard was very accommodating and helpful. I had a great hike up (Coca Cola trail) and have since recommended Kili and World Tours Tanzania to my family.

One piece of advice: WTT should be clearer about the appropriate tipping amount up front.

Our Best Trip Ever
5/5

Our Safari tour was truly the best trip we ever took or imagined. The coordination and communications of World Tours & Safaris was excellent. We knew what to expect and when to expect it. We can't explain to people how wonderful it was travel in an open vehicle through the jungles surrounded by animals we had only seen pictures of before. I was truly awe inspiring.

An African Safari is something you feel more than see. It is something that permeates your being and brings you close to creation and nature. We will feel the blessing of our Safari for the rest of our life.

Good safari - especially for the price
5/5

We did a 2-person camping safari for 6 days with Kilonzo in August 2008. We found him trustworthy and reliable. Our driver (named Praygod) and cook (Richard's brother) were competent and friendly. They were expert on safaris. They did a good job with the camping -- setting up our tent, sleeping bag, etc. – and the cooking was fine. Definitely a good deal for the price.

Amazing trip!
5/5

Awesome trip with World Tours. 4 of us booked with World tours for both our Kilimanjaro climb and also 3 days of Safari. Very professional, picked us up on time, carried us safely to our destinations. The porters and guides did an amazing job getting us up Kilimanjaro. They truly cared for our well being and did everything they could for us to be successful. We never would have made it to the summit without our guides help on summit night. I actually was able to go out in the city after our climb with a bunch of our porters and had a great time, I felt like we had really become friends after our time together on the mountain. The pricing was very competitive, and we stayed in first class safari lodges every night of our trip. Highly recommend booking with Richard and WTST....

Our African adventure
5/5

We absolutely loved our trip to Kenya and Tanzania with World Tours and Safaris. We were treated like royalty and saw all of the big 5 and had a holiday that we will never forget! It was scary booking with a company from abroad on the internet (given the stories you hear on the media) but we had no issues at all and found the employees of this company sincere and trustworthy. We would recommend them.

Meeting all expectations & achieving all goals ! A month of excellent varied Safaris & Treks
5/5

See the great Migration, visit the mighty Ngorogoro Crater & Serengeti again Climb Kilimanjaro , walk the Ngorogoro Highlands, Climb the Masai Mountain of God " Eldoinyo lengai" Climb kilimanjaro all these and much more. Its a few months since my trip of a lifetime with World Tours & Safaris and now the whole experience has time to set in. What are my first thought ? Wow ! When can we come again. I have travelled 9 countries in Africa and close to 70 worldwide & there are only a handful of places I would bother return to, Tanzania and the Galapagos islands top the list. Why did I return to Tanzania of all African countries and use W T & Safaris.
1. Achieving your goals. I believe it has the greatest number of the top attractions and best natural animal photographing opportunities in Africa. The greatest chance of seeing the greatest biodiversity of mammals in any one spot in the world ! Just Ngorogoro Crater for all the big 5 is just amazing. landscapes a huge selection of other parks including favourites like Serengeti. The worlds highest freestanding mountain(on my bucket list) . As a serious photographer I needed to know I was in the best place for the best opportunities in the least amount of time.
2. Safety and reliability. Taking all things into account Tanzania is a place I would feel happy taking my family to when supervised by a great reliable team like Richards. Richard is a wealth of knowledge and an expert on where to go what to do ,when and how to do it safely.
3 Money and Value . I found Richard had an excellent range of options from budget and camping through to the top end magnificent lodges and luxury camps. I will never forget the the views lodges overlooking Lake Manyara the crater and throughout the Serengeti and many other parks. Knowing your money is going where you send it is utmost importance. Its a catch 22 , big overseas agencies out of Africa may offer security but at a huge extra price for the same product and the unknown lower end of the market agencies could be fly by nighters. I found Richard great to deal with and competitive in all aspects of my tours and he was always contactable.
4. Food was always good and plentiful. I never once had any problems and had some great culinary experiences.
There is so much more but now what remains beside are those vivid memories the landscapes & animals is the team the family I felt a part of there with Richards Crew. I would like to thank them all for making my dream a reality. Yes I am giving him a big plus because he was able to make it happen safely efficiently and economically and i know he will look after me again should I decide to return to Tanzania which is highly likely.
