Dream Safari: Great Stays & Incredible People
I went on an amazing safari trip last month, and it totally exceeded my expectations! The hotels and safari tents we stayed in were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and totally worth every penny for the great value they offered.
A huge shout-out to Yusef, the owner of our travel agent. His service was incredibly professional and thoughtful. When we ran into a small issue on the first day, he stepped in right away and resolved it with great care, making sure our trip got back on track smoothly.
But the star of the show has to be our guide, Daniel! He is absolutely incredible—handsome, super knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area, and an excellent driver who navigated the rough terrain with ease. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone planning a safari! And let’s not forget Immanuel, the sweet driver for our coffee tour on the last day. He’s such a lovely guy who took the most stunning photos of us.
The food throughout the trip was also really delicious. However, I do want to remind future travelers to have realistic expectations about Africa's infrastructure—once you do that, you’ll be able to fully immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of this incredible land.
What truly made this trip unforgettable was the people we met. Everyone was so warm, friendly, hardworking, and neat, which completely shattered the unfair stereotypes I used to hear. This journey made me fall head over heels for Africa. If you’re planning a safari, don’t hesitate to book with this agent—you won’t regret it!

A great experience through Safari and Kilimanjaro hiking
Based on the excellent reviews we found online, we decided to entrust this company with the most important excursions of our trip to Tanzania, in particular the safari in Serengeti National Park and a day-long hike along the trails of Kilimanjaro. Our expectations were not disappointed; in fact, every word read by other customers was fully confirmed by our experience. The helpfulness, professionalism, organisation and precision demonstrated by Youssef and his entire staff allowed us to return home with no regrets, having enjoyed a trip that lived up to our expectations! Very good Safari, professional company , paying attention to our needs. Good value for price payed for a private tour with italian guide/driver as requested at booking time.

Yusef is the absolute BEST!! We did the Materuni Waterfall hike and coffee farm tour with him. Halfway through the hike we wanted to change our tour and take our time/enjoy and didn’t want to go to the Hot Springs. He immediately agreed. He was fun, welcoming, knowledgeable, and very well respected. We still keep in touch and have recommended anyone considering Tanzania to reach out to him. We sadly booked our safari before knowing he did them or else we would’ve booked safari with him!

I booked a safari with them, and they were really warm and helpful while guiding me during my trip planning. Although the safari itinerary changed a bit at the end and communication could have been better during the safari, they stayed supportive and friendly in finding solutions.

Choosing Serengeti Insider Safaris for our Tanzania safari was the best decision we made for this trip.
From the very first communication, their team showed exceptional professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. They weren’t just “doing business”—you could feel their true passion for delivering extraordinary safari experiences, which made every interaction pleasant and reliable.
Before the trip even started, they welcomed us with thoughtful gifts and warm hospitality, making us feel right at home instantly.
The safari itself was beyond our expectations. The accommodations were surprisingly luxurious, completely reshaping our perception of what “African lodging” could be. Our driver-guide was a true expert in every sense—his driving skills, ability to spot animals, knowledge of wildlife, and willingness to assist guests were all flawless. Over seven days and six nights, we encountered new animals daily, ticking off all the “Big Five” and so much more. We saw cheetahs three times, a leopard hunting, a herd of over fifty elephants crossing behind our vehicle, and even a litter of six lion cubs drinking at a waterhole in a line—scenes I’d only seen in documentaries before, now etched into my memory forever.
Beyond the safari, they went above and beyond to help arrange additional activities like a waterfall hike, a hot spring visit, a Hadzabe tribe hunting experience, and a Serval wildlife estate tour.
Yusef, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind—we even became real good friends! A BIG special thanks for him again!

Everything was great,despite the internet problem in the country they organized everything perfectly
The wonderful Yusuf selected hotels and lodges with excellent food and service. We are very happy with his choice. At the lodge in the Serengeti, we literally slept just meters from buffalo and zebras.
We were also very pleased with our guide, Godfrey, with his wonderful English pronunciation, immense love for animals, and knowledge of the subject. Godfrey always chose the best locations for our group and found all the beautiful animals at the closest possible range.
Yusuf also organized additional excursions to local villages for us for a more in-depth experience. I personally recommend the coffee village of Materuni with its waterfall.
Overall, Tanzania remains deeply in my heart; I want to return, but with a deeper approach and understanding of the country and destination.
