Our experience with Serengeti Insider Safaris was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From the moment our trip began, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were clear. The entire safari was smoothly planned, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of nature without any worries, The company cares very well about our convenience and comfort.
Our driver-guide Peter was incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife and the environment. His deep understanding of animals, trees, landscapes, and forest ecosystems made every game drive fascinating and educational. He patiently explained everything we saw and answered all our questions, making the experience feel like a private wildlife masterclass. His sharp eyes helped us spot many animals we would never have noticed ourselves.
In addition, Chef Denish prepared delicious meals throughout the journey. The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, which made our safari even more comfortable and enjoyable after long days of exploration.

We came to Tanzania Feb 2026 and while I was looking for excursions, I came across serengeti and I am so happy I did. We were a total of six people and only wanted to complete a one day safari tour and our hotel was a good distance from where they are located. When I reached out asking if they could accommodate us, not only did they say yes but they were extremely responsive to any questions I had at any time of the day. The day of the tour the driver were very prompt and at our hotel before 6 am to get us and they gifted us bags of things we used on the tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we all loved him. The tour guide was also very safe and got us back to our hotel when it started pouring raining outside. Thank you guys for all your help especially living in a different country. You made this booking so easy while I was planning this trip. We can’t thank you enough!

5 Day Luxury Private Safari - Wow, what an experience
Wow, what an experience. We went on a 5 Day Luxury Private Safari covering Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu and Central Serengeti and all of these stations did not disappoint.
From the beginning, Yusef helped us organizing our safari and everything was customizable, and he was available at every time of the day and responded always within minutes. After some adjustments we had our custom safari locked in and the adventure could start.
We took a tour around Arusha the day before so we could do our final briefing without any rush and even got some presents from the team. The next day our adventure started, and Kelvin was such a great driver/guide and led us to the best spots to see the animals. We locked in the Big 5 by day 3 already and saw so many other animals up close as well which was such a wonderful thing to see. Also, the lodges have been really great and made our trip so comfortable. We decided to fly back from Serengeti to Zanzibar (with a short stop in Arusha) which gave us some additional hours in Serengeti to see even more animals in nature. So don’t forget, almost everything is customizable and don’t be afraid to ask. Yusef and his team have always been there for us and created our very own dream safari. They also helped us organizing a private guide around Zanzibar with one of their partners which was also a great a stress-free experience to see so many great spots on the island after our safari. We have always been in very good hands during our vacation. I would highly recommend them for your next safari adventure in Tanzania!

We did a 5 day safari tour, which we booked very last minute, and everything worked perfectly from start to finish. Yusef was always immediately available, extremely responsive, and took care of everything right away. The organization was fast, smooth, and very professional, which especially impressed us given the short notice.
The accommodations were consistently good. One thing worth noting for future travelers is that even luxury camps are still camps. Internet is only available at the main camp and not at the tented camps, and nights can get a bit chilly. With the right expectations, this fits well with the authentic safari experience.
The safari itself was absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five and experienced countless wildlife encounters in many different situations, truly unforgettable.
A very special highlight was our guide and driver David. He truly made the trip and could not have done a better job. In addition to the many fun and relaxed conversations during the drives, he had an impressive amount of knowledge about the animals and knew the parks inside and out. This allowed him to bring us to the best spots and create a maximum safari experience. We could not have wished for a better guide and driver.

Very friendly and very skilled
We truly had an unforgettable safai experience with Serengeti Insider Safaris and our super friendly, funny and expert guide Yusef who helped us spot the Big Five, live hunting and the breathtaking wildebeest migration. The accommodation was very comfortable and the entire trip was just perfect.

Serengeti Insider Safaris gave us the BEST safari experience in Tanzania!
We booked a 6-day private safari tour with Serengeti Insider Safaris. From the very beginning, Yusef was great with communication and worked with us to create a personalized itinerary. We spent 1 day in Tarangire National Park, 2 days in central/west Serengeti, 2 days in Ndutu (for the calving season) and 1 day in Ngorongoro crater. We saw the Big 5 and so much more! The accommodations were beyond expectations and the coordination of the entire experience was so smooth from pickup at the airport to drop off after the entire safari. Our safari guide Kelvin was the BEST and so great at finding animals and keeping to our planned itinerary. I cannot recommend Serengeti Insider Safaris enough - anyone thinking about booking a safari in Tanzania should book with this local company! Incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive tour group!
We had the best Safari experience thanks to Serengeti Insider Safaris. Throughout the planning process they were incredibly attentive to help formulate the perfect six day safari with accommodations and game drives that fit our every desire. They were well connected with operators in Zanzibar to help plan the second half of our trip as well. I would 100% use them again to plan another safari.
Our guide, Kelvin was exceptional. He knew the answer to every question we could ask. He was super friendly and made us feel right at home. And critically important, he was an expert driver, seemingly getting us in the perfect position for every photo of Leopards, Cheetas, Giraffes, Rhinos, etc throughout the Safari. I would be honored to have him drive me on future safari expeditions.

Big 5 Sightings and Many Laughs with Serengeti Insider
We had a 6 day private safari organized in January 2026. From the initial communication with Yusef, organization of accommodations, planning for parks and every last minute detail, we were well cared for and always in the loop. The accommodations we stayed at were absolutely stunning and service was terrific. Having been all over the world, I can say confidently that Insider Serengeti is the best!
We would always insist on booking again with insider Serengeti when we return and will be recommending Yusef and co to all of our friends and family.

Dream Safari: Great Stays & Incredible People
I went on an amazing safari trip last month, and it totally exceeded my expectations! The hotels and safari tents we stayed in were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and totally worth every penny for the great value they offered.
A huge shout-out to Yusef, the owner of our travel agent. His service was incredibly professional and thoughtful. When we ran into a small issue on the first day, he stepped in right away and resolved it with great care, making sure our trip got back on track smoothly.
But the star of the show has to be our guide, Daniel! He is absolutely incredible—handsome, super knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area, and an excellent driver who navigated the rough terrain with ease. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone planning a safari! And let’s not forget Immanuel, the sweet driver for our coffee tour on the last day. He’s such a lovely guy who took the most stunning photos of us.
The food throughout the trip was also really delicious. However, I do want to remind future travelers to have realistic expectations about Africa's infrastructure—once you do that, you’ll be able to fully immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of this incredible land.
What truly made this trip unforgettable was the people we met. Everyone was so warm, friendly, hardworking, and neat, which completely shattered the unfair stereotypes I used to hear. This journey made me fall head over heels for Africa. If you’re planning a safari, don’t hesitate to book with this agent—you won’t regret it!

A great experience through Safari and Kilimanjaro hiking
Based on the excellent reviews we found online, we decided to entrust this company with the most important excursions of our trip to Tanzania, in particular the safari in Serengeti National Park and a day-long hike along the trails of Kilimanjaro. Our expectations were not disappointed; in fact, every word read by other customers was fully confirmed by our experience.
