Amazing experience, totally worth every coin!
They never got tired to accommodate our requirements as a family in helping us plan a family safari. What amazed me was the way they had a safari package to accommodate families traveling with kids. My daughter was always engaged as our guide would explain in the best and simplest way possible for her to identify the big 5 and animal tracks during our guided walking safari. They booked our lodge in Masai mara which was very friendly to me and my family including my daughter. Anyone looking to have a family friendly safari look no further than Jupicon expeditions.

Exceptional service and they gave me a great time in Kenya.
George was really helpful in helping us come up with a travel plan for Kenya. We visited Samburu, Ol-pejeta, Nakuru and finalized with Maasai mara park. He ensured we never missed out on any opportunity to see the special 5 & the big 5 in Samburu & The mara and they were all beautiful animals mostly the Grevy’s Zebra. His guiding skills were excellent and informative. Any nature lover would enjoy a safari planned by Jupicon for they are well informed. Would recommend!

Best trip ever!
Just came from maasai mara safari with my group of friends to celebrate my birthday and we will be going back home with very fond memories we had, thanks to Jupicon making the safari happen. We loved their timely responses and support they offered us throughout the 5days we were there. I loved the maasai dances and cultural activities & talks they gave which was really impressive to learn. Our driver-guide was very cautious during the rainy days and ensured we stayed on the safe tracks and trails during the game drives mostly due to the rivers there. I just loved how our whole safari experience was executed and truly value for our money.

An unforgettable, perfectly organized safari
We had an amazing safari experience in Kenya, and I truly want to say a big thank you to the team 🙏
A very special thank you to our driver Martin — he was with us all 7 days, always caring, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much about the country, nature, and animals, and made our journey not only comfortable but truly memorable.
Also, huge appreciation to the team at Jupicon — their representative Wamzie was constantly in touch, very polite, responsive, and helpful with every request. They were the first to reply to my inquiry and provided a beautifully prepared proposal that immediately stood out. Even after I requested some changes to the accommodations, everything was handled perfectly and accurately.
March turned out to be a great time to visit — we experienced some night rains and a few muddy roads, but the landscapes were incredibly lush and green, which made everything even more beautiful.
We didn’t manage to see the full Big Five — we missed the leopard — but for us, that’s just a perfect reason to come back.
Everything was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 🌿🦁

Wonderful.
George helped me plan my Kenyan safari tour in the best possible way. We were there for 5 days and we enjoyed each and every moment we were out in the wild. Having spotted the big 5 in maasai mara and beautiful flamingoes in Lake Nakuru. We were even surprised to see lions that would climb trees in Lake Nakuru park. Our guide Isaac was very informed and very helpful. I would recommend them for their top notch and very informative service.

Friendly communication and great travel, logistics could be smoother
I had a wonderful time on my recent safari. The communication before and during the trip was top-notch—very friendly and helpful staff. While the game drives and travel were enjoyable, the logistics of moving between different locations could have been more efficient. If the transfer routes or timing were tightened up, it would be a perfect 5-star experience.
Truely memorable
Our 7 day trip with my hubby will truly be memorable. From the prompt assistance from George and team to the game drives by their driver Martin. Kenya is so beautiful and the wildlife is truly magical. We loved Maasai mara especially the big cat presence and for Amboseli, Mt. Kilimanjaro really was showing off. Our safari was planned and executed to every detail, great job guys !

He was kind and knowledgeable.
We went with this company as they were very budget friendly. We had a great time and were blessed to see many animals. Rating them 5 stars as the process with George was easy, and he was very responsive. The budget place we stayed was clean and everyone was welcoming.

organized team
Did a day tour with them in the country’s capital. While on a work trip, I approached different companies to help me plan a day trip in Nairobi national park, but this company’s travel plan caught my attention because Esther, their consultant communicated efficiently and helped even secure a spot at the elephant orphanage and Giraffe center visit. They kept their morning pick up time and transitions between destinations efficient and my day’s adventure was enjoyable.

Excellently organized and extremely enjoyable!
When planning our safari in Kenya, I sent quote requests to numerous companies through SafariBookings and received countless email responses. George from Jupicon immediately stood out because his communication was exceptionally clear, professional, and comprehensive. Unlike many other operators, he provided detailed information upfront, making it easy to compare options and understand exactly what was being offered.
Throughout the planning process, I asked countless questions about activities and possible itinerary changes. George was always responsive and helpful. What impressed me most was that whenever I suggested an adjustment - whether adding an activity, removing something, or changing the schedule - he didn't simply acknowledge the request. He would update the PDF itinerary and send me a revised version every time. This level of attention to detail gave me enormous confidence. It was important to me that everything we had agreed upon was documented, and George was one of the very few operators who consistently ensured that happened. From the very beginning, I felt I was dealing with someone highly organised and committed to delivering exactly the experience we wanted.
Another aspect of George's service that I greatly appreciated was that he was never pushy. While I was collecting quotes, several other companies emailed me repeatedly - sometimes multiple times a day - asking whether I had made a decision. As someone planning their first trip to Africa and first safari, I wanted time to carefully review all the options, do my research, and make an informed choice. George struck exactly the right balance: he was always available when I had questions, but he never pressured me to book or rushed me into making a decision. He respected my space and allowed me the time I needed to evaluate everything properly, which made the entire process far more enjoyable and stress-free.
During our trip, we did three tour days with George and his team.
Our first day included Nairobi National Park, the Sheldrick Elephant Sanctuary, and the Giraffe Centre. Our driver, Mr. William, was fantastic- friendly, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and a wonderful introduction to Kenya. He seemed to know exactly where to find the animals and shared fascinating information throughout the day. The safari vehicle itself was a large 4x4 pop-top van, which provided excellent visibility and made wildlife viewing a fantastic experience. One of the great advantages of travelling with Jupicon is that they handle all the logistics. At each park entrance, George's team took care of entry fees and administration, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about anything.
The following day, George personally accompanied us to Kiambethu Tea Farm. He had originally suggested a coffee farm visit, but when I mentioned that I would prefer a tea farm, he quickly found an alternative and organised it The tea farm was wonderful, and the lunch there was excellent.
Another highlight was our trip to Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate National Park. We began with a boat safari on the lake, followed by a walking safari on Crescent Island, where we were able to get super close to wildlife. Afterwards, we enjoyed a romantic private dinner at Sopa Lodge which George helped arrange for our honeymoon, which was absolutely beautiful. We then continued to Hell's Gate National Park for a bike tour. While the experience was memorable, I would recommend that future visitors consider splitting Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate across two days if possible. There is a lot to see and do, and fitting everything into one day is a lot - but doable if you don't have much time.
For anyone considering Hell's Gate, I would strongly recommend allowing at least three hours. The bike ride to the ranger station is approximately 8 km each way, mostly along dirt tracks. Once you reach the ranger station, there is an awesome walk through the gorge, which was the highlight of the Park and absolutely worth doing. If you do not have enough time to visit the gorge, I personally do not think the biking trip is worth-it (unless you love biking and are happy just to bike around).
Because we were short on time and needed to return to Nairobi, we realised we would struggle to complete the full return cycle (bike out to ranger post, gorge walk, and bike back). When we explained the situation to George, he immediately offered a solution. He drove into the national park to collect us from the ranger station and arranged for someone else to retrieve the bicycles. He handled everything without hesitation. This flexibility and willingness to help went far beyond what I expected, especially considering he incurred additional costs to enter the park and make the arrangements. We really appreciated his efforts!!
Throughout the entire trip, George and his team were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. They were always available to answer questions and regularly communicated through WhatsApp, providing clear information about pick-up times, schedules, and logistics. We always felt informed and well looked after.
What made Jupicon stand out even more was that during our time in Kenya, we also booked several excursions through another company. Unfortunately, those experiences were disappointing, with multiple organisational issues and several services not being delivered as promised. Those experiences only highlighted how exceptional George and the Jupicon team were. Time and again, we found ourselves saying, "I wish we were still traveling with George!"
George, thank you for making our Kenya trip so special. Your dedication, flexibility, and attention to detail gave us an unforgettable experience. We will always remember our time in Kenya. Highly recommended!
