I experienced incompetence and misinformation.
Entirely unprofessional. Avoid the headache! There are dozens of other options… use ANY of them. You will not be communicated with except to apologize for the multitude of ‘mistakes’ in the itinerary. In other words, they will lie to you about the itinerary, do nothing about it, keep your money, and then call it a mistake. Incredibly frustrating! I advice you avoid this company.

Posted on Mar 9, 2026Dear Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify a few points regarding the concerns raised.
On the day of departure, the pick-up experienced a delay due to heavy traffic in Nairobi. Our driver was returning from picking up other guests whose schedule had unexpectedly changed that morning, which unfortunately affected the timing. As you may know, traffic conditions in Nairobi can be unpredictable. Despite this, our team kept you informed and updated throughout the process.
The arrival to Maasai Mara was later than initially planned due to traffic along the route, which affected the timing of the evening game drive. When you later requested an additional morning game drive to compensate for the shorter one, we explained that additional park activities involve operational costs and park-related fees. We offered to arrange the extra game drive immediately, but the request was declined when the associated fees were explained. You also requested for a game drive on day 2 and you had booked for a 2 days group package which have only 1 game drive on day 1.
For transparency, we had WhatsApp conversation that shows the communication and updates shared with you during the trip. Our intention has always been to maintain clear communication and provide support throughout the safari.
While delays caused by road conditions or traffic are sometimes unavoidable during travel, we always do our best to minimize disruptions and assist our guests as much as possible.
We genuinely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our services.

Dishonest and money hungry people
Horrible experience. 2nights 1 day safari very unorganized and safari driver could care less that we spent only 2 hrs in safari and only 40 minutes was actual driving. Lodging had no power expect for 1/2 hrs each day. Waste of time and money

Posted on Apr 19, 2026We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations it’s never our intention for any guest to feel disappointed.
That said, we’d like to clarify an important detail. At the time of booking during the whatsapp conversation, the recommendation was for a 3-day safari, as a 2-day/1-night itinerary is quite limited and typically allows only a short evening game drive and a brief morning activity. This was clearly explained so you could have the best possible experience. However, you preferred the shorter option despite the limitations and your guide confirmed that you had an evening game drive on day 1.
Regarding the hotel's power, many properties in safari areas operate on scheduled generator times when their is no electricity, which can mean limited electricity hours this is standard in many remote parks and not something controlled by us...and we went ahead and confirmed with the hotel you stayed during your safari and the below is the feedback we got from the management...
" This just a short brief about the camp.
Our tents are self contained tent with flash toilet band both hot and cold shower.
Electric is a twenty hour system but some times we experience blackout due the instability on electricity but we have boiler and generators for backup whereby clients get power with or without the main Kenya power though limited evening hours for generator use is from 6:30 to 10:00pm morning hours 5:00 to 7:00am
All our tents have mosquito nets all of them."
We truly value your feedback and take concerns about organization and guiding seriously. At the same time, we always aim to provide honest guidance so guests can choose experiences that match their expectations.
We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and will continue working to improve where we can.
