Vacation Saved
My wife and I visited Kenya last year to spend three weeks on the ground, traveling from Nairobi, Mombasa, Naivasha and other places in central Kenya.
Our first flight from California was delayed almost two hours, putting us behind for our first connection in Seattle Washington. My wife and I made the flight but our luggage did not. Lillian our travel consultant, helped us with multiple reservations so we could move to another spot every few days, so finding our bags quickly was imperative. Lillian was in constant communication with the airline and managed to retrieve our bags and deliver to us before we moved to our second location. If not for her efforts, our trip could have been a stressful experience. Lillian was always available to help with car rentals and hotel negotiations no matter the time or place. I highly recommend Lillian and Ruby Voyages! Our once in a lifetime vacation was saved by their efforts.

Flexibility & Excellence in Execution
So we chose to go to Diani on holiday in Feb this year. Got Lilian of Ruby Voyages to do all the bookings (flights, hotels, transfers). Super-efficient, Lilian is. Every detail booked as per our requirements with no fuss. Then on date of departure, there is an airport workers strike at JKIA! Our flight to Diani cancelled by the airline (same to other flights!). But Lilian stayed calm, and lo and behold, she quickly arranged for us to travel down south by train (SGR!). Pick up from the train station to the hotel was waiting for us when we arrived. No fuss, and we got to our hotel as planned, and our holiday went on as planned. Best part? Lilian arranged for me to get the refund from the airline for the cancelled flight. Again, no fuss. A message just arrived on my WhatsApp: "Your refund is ready, how would you like to get it" (bank transfer, Mpesa mobile wallet, etc).
Wow! Really excellent experience with Ruby Voyages. I would strongly recommend them, and I will definitely use their services again!

Well organized trip, safari and trekking to Mt. Kenya. Very nice guys and guides. I reached Lenna Peak which was the most important. I recommend Ruby Voyages as organiser of the different activities👍
