Amazing bucket list safari experience!!
We absolutely loved our 15 day Kenya, Tanzania, & Zanzibar holiday booked through Right Choice! It was so hard to sift through all the tour companies and options out there, but not only did the itinerary work so well for us, but the value was awesome and it was actually how good the trip advisor reviews were that sold me! Our Kenya guide, Jacob, was so knowledgable and helpful! He honestly made our trip and safari!! The owner, George, was very quick to respond to our emails and requests.
At the Kenya/Tanzania border we were met by another company, Raven Safaris, who is partners with Right Choice to complete the Tanzania portion of the safari. Our guide, Rajabu, was fabulous as well!
A few things to note for to future travelers:
1. We didn't know we'd have the whole safari car to ourselves the entire time, we just thought the transfers between the spots were private but we would be in a group setting for the game drives -- this is not the case! You have a private vehicle for the duration of your trip! We only packed soft duffles and backpacks because that was what all the blog posts said, but since we had much more room we could have saved our backs a bit and done wheeled luggage. The flight from Arusha to Zanzibar also didn't care about wheeled luggage.
2. You have the same guide everyday you are in Kenya and different guide for your whole portion in Tanzania (not including Zanzibar). This was actually really nice to have the same person with us for multiple days, we weren't sure if we were going to have different people in each location when we booked!
3. A lot of blog posts warned us about tsetse flies and only wearing neutral earth colored clothing -- tsetse flies were only in Tanzania (not a thing around Kenya I guess) and we really didn't need to buy as much neutral safari clothing as we did.
Overall my husband and I highly recommend this trip - it was truly a once in a lifetime experience for us and we are so thankful to Right Choice & Raven Safaris for making it such a pleasurable experience!

Amazing family vacation, I will book again!
We returned home last week from one of the most amazing family trips ever! Beyond our expectations: the locations, animals, local people and food/lodging. I was traveling with my wife, 2 teenage kids, plus my mother and her boyfriend, both in their 70's.
It was hard deciding on a Safari company, this trip was not prompted by a friend’s recommendation, but the idea ‘we don’t know anyone who has been on Safari’. I enjoyed communication with George, his responses felt like more than work. Our itinerary included: Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater & Zanzibar.
We could not be more pleased with our Kenyan guide/driver: Opany. He was an amazing personality to spend time with and had incredible local knowledge. It's not just what he says, but all that you see Opany doing that adds to your trip: attentive driving, scanning the horizon for animals, talking on the radio and in-person with other guides, help with lost luggage, regularly checking in on his clients well being.
The next section of our trip in Tanzania was great, but not as good as Kenya. Tanzania was beautiful, but crowded, we were shocked how many Land Cruisers would be gathered around a few animals. Next trip to Africa we will skip Tanzania and focus on Kenya and maybe someplace new too.

Great trip with Great Service!

Best Kenyan Safari
Our 16 day Kenyan Safari and Beach vacation was a trip of a lifetime! We were so impressed by the accommodations, food and first class service everywhere we went. George assisted us with the planning and all the arrangements were done prior to our arrival in Nairobi. Our tour guide, Jacob, was amazing he went beyond his way to show us so many different animals in their natural habitats. We already saw the great 5 on our second day! It was truly amazing, I never expected to see so many different animals and their babies. Jacob was very knowledgeable, not only with the different safaris that we visited but also with the roads, highways and his command of the English language was great. He made our trip to the Safaris a memorable and wonderful experience.

Our tour operator was fantastic. He always responded to us within 10 hours.
We had a fantastic time. Our guide (Apollo) worked very very hard to make sure that we saw everything that we could. He was very good at predicting what the animals were going to do next and put our jeep in perfect position to be ready for everything. We had some very challenging animals that we wanted to find (we were trying to find as many different antelope as possible) and he worked hard to help us find them. We loved the places that we stayed in and I can honestly say that this safari met and exceeded all our expectations. I will definitely use them again if I can ever do this again.

Amazing service and organization
Great service, they organized the safari for our honeymoon! Our driver Joshua was super nice with a lot of knowledge of all the animals and places always available to go wherever we ask for, we passed in lake naivasha, lake nakuru and masai mara .. a total of 5 days, staying in lodges and luxury camps inside the parks .. recommended 100%

Our second booking with Right Choice was as wonderful as the first. We are going on our third in April! His name was Jacob and he was superb , the best tour guide ever . He was polite , patient , informed
We as a family of 4 , mum , Dad & 2 adult children took a 17 days trip to east Africa , starting off in Nairobi and planned a safari to Masaei Mari , out of Nairobi . We are from Dublin , Ireland . My work colleague in Dublin had worked in Nairobi and recommended Right Choice Tours & Safaris so we booked with them . On commencement we were greeted by a wonderful guide called Jacob who we spent almost 2 days with for the trip . He engaged totally with us and he became a “ friend “ during the time we spent with him and we still keep in touch with him . He was very engaging , informed , extremely polite and courteous and we would highly recommend the company for a safari and Jacob as a guide if you are lucky enough to get him !!
Overall Amazing Experience
Honestly, I do not know where to start.
We worked with George while planning this experience. He was absolutely amazing. We had so many questions and he answered everything efficiently. Even while out on our adventure, George checked in with us.
Our first tour guide in Kenya was Joshua. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the wildlife. We saw the Big 5 within the first two days. He was very commutative with other tour guides on the radio and knew exactly where to go so we could see everything. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and wanted us to have a great experience.
Next we went to Tanzania ( this is a bit tricky, but all do to the government officials and has nothing to do with Right Choice. Just be prepared to pay $100 in cash to cross.)
We had Steve as our Tour Guide on this side of the border. Steve was great as well. It was nice because Joshua and Steve were so amazing in very different ways. Steve was very funny and enthusiastic. He also made sure we got to see all the animals!! He danced and sang with us and told us a lot about the culture as well.
We then headed back to Kenya, you may get a third tour guide. We got Joshua back and we’re very happy about that. I left a pair of sunglasses in his Jeep and he held onto them for me. It was such a nice gesture and I really appreciated it.
The tour guides are such a huge part of this experience. Be sure you listen to them and treat them well. By that I mean, be nice and tip generously. $$$$$
