Well organized 10 day camping safari with outstanding guide and cook, highly recommend
5/5

Planning your 1st safari experience from the comfort of the USA can be daunting at 1st, but dealing with Romeo from Safari Multiways was a smooth and efficient process from the beginning. We worked together to create a custom itinerary that fit our desires, and once we arrived in Arusha, we were well taken care of for the next 10 days.

Amos our guide/driver took great care to find every animal on the list, and even tweaked our itinerary once he found out about our affinity for the big cats. We were rewarded with a day full of cheetahs and lions, almost as if Amos knew where they'd be in advance. Due to the length of our itinerary, we were able to stay with a lion pride for an entire morning, and were happily rewarded with an actively hunting pride. Once in a lifetime experience for certain.

Moses took great care to provide us with good food and a big smile every day. Also making sure we practiced our Swahili every chance we would get.

Overall, a 5 star experience dealing with Romeo and his people. We had a tremendous time, and very much enjoyed our extended experience in the Tanzania northern parks.

A great experience w/ Safari Multiways
5/5

My co-worker, Kenvin, and I did a 6 day budget camping safari of the Northern Circuit (Lake Maynara, Ngorongoro, and Serengetti, and Lake Natron) with Safari Multiways. The entire experience, from the the pre-trip planning to the final day, was absolutely wonderful. Romeo made the planning very easy and everything went smoothly. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Our guide, Lawrence, was perfect. With our permission, we spent an additional day in Central Serengeti, as that's where the animals were during that time. He was very knowledgeable and knew where to locate the animals. Our cook, Dogo, was great. The food was very tasty. I highly recommend Safari Multiways. Great value, unforgettable experience.

Great value for money
5/5

We went on a private 7-day camping safari with Multiways which they tailored to our ideas and itinerary suggestions. We toured Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara National Parks. Everything was perfectly organized and our guide ensured we got the most out of it. He is a great driver and a patient guide who spots animals well! We had a cook with us on the tour who delighted us with freshly and creatively prepared food – we were impressed by the meals he cooked in the simple camp kitchens! One thing we would like to mention is the fairly old equipment Multiways is operating with - from sleeping bags, to chairs to cars. Everything is still functional, but don’t expect anything fancy, after all it is a budget tour. During our safari we had a car break down in the middle of the Serengeti plains. However, Multiways handled the situation really well and with a bit of luck and their quick reaction we were able to continue the tour with only slight changes in the program. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we can definitely recommend Multiways for budget-friendly tours!

Superb 12 day private safari on a budget
5/5

We, a dutch couple (early 30's and well travelled) would like to recommend Safari Multiways to anybody wanting to do a safari in Tanzani.

They gave us a sharp price for an excellent safari,we did a 12 day private (all) northen parks camping safari.

The guide (Amos) and chef (Moses) are real professionals! Amos has an incrideble eye for wildlife ( he saw things other cars drove by and had an answer to all our questions) and Moses is a very nice guy who was able to cook a lot of divers meals during the safari.

We would also like to recommend to visiting the bushman at lake Eyasi, it is an once in a life time experience. And apparantly often misted by people going on safari.

Safari multiways has provided us with a very divers and attractive safari.

We chose Safari Multiways because it's a local company in Arusha and Romeo who had answered all our questions immediately and detailed, he gave different ideas options very accurate! And in the end everything was as great as he promissed!
Amus welcomed us at the airport even our plans was earlier than it supposed to be he was already there and we didn't have to wait. We stayed in a beautiful view hotel in Arusha the fay before the safari starts.
Our safari was great Amus is a great driver, great guide, great person! His eyes are like an eagle's, he can see all the animals really far away, he has a good knowledge of animals and their behaviours, we could catch amazing moments Thanks to him.. Of course our cook Mosis, we still talk about his delicious foods.. Mmm really good soupsss, nice breakfasts and tasty dinners.. Mosis also very very positive person always smiles, we really enjoyed his company..
We had unforgettable 5 days! No words is enough to thank them..

Amazing Northern circuit safari experience
5/5

I have enjoyed a 6 days safari in Northern Tanzania. We covered Lake Manyara, Ndutu, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Eyasi.

We choose Safari Multiways as our tour operator because it is a local company from Arusha and Romeo, the owner, had done a really good job at communicating with us while we were researching.
The service offered by Safari Multiways was remarkable and a good value for money.

Our driver and guide, Amos, made this a 5 star trip. He is a a good English speaker and well documented.
What really made us feel at home was the fact that he made us feel safe and he was always operating in our interest. It felt like visiting a friend.

Amazing experience with Safari Multiways
5/5

We enjoyed an 8 days safari tour with Safari Multiways. This was amazing! Our guide and cook were very friendly, very professional and customer oriented. We had the chance to spot a lot of animals which were hidden but the experience of our guide made it easy to be at the right moment at the good location and we were often the first to enjoy the view.
On the top of that, the boss, Romeo is very friendly and very focus that his customers have a good trip with the company. You can trust him and all payment are secured. Don’t forget to tell Romeo what you expect for the safari and he will know what to offer you with a lot of different options (from tents to lodges) and experience … All the best for the next steps. Absolutely fantastic experience - use these guys as they are brilliant
5/5

After researching safari companies for an 8 day safari until my eyes were bleeding, and emailing different companies, we settled on Safari Multiways. Their schedule (which included every part of the Serengeti you could wish to visit) was tailor made to our requirements. and their price was definitely unbeatable.

I realise that when you are touring this part of the world, you have to weigh up the pros and cons of going with a cheaper outfit. I did have some concerns about this when I booked with Safari as they are way cheaper than the competition, but believe me, this was the most fantastic experience I have had in my life.

Go with the basic tent safaris - they are great and you get up and close to the animals. Go with Safari Multiways because they have fantastic guides - we had Amos - and every other guide we met in the Serengeti would eventually follow us as Amos instinctively knew where the animals were and the other guides knew and respected his instincts.

What started out as a trip with Amos and Moses (cook and tent putter upper) as agency staff and paying guests wound up being the most amazing trip ever. We eventually all became good friends and have exchanged email addresses, facebook addresses and photos).

Sorry this has gone on so long but I mean every word of this - Amos is the most amazing guide - he is the most calm, and intelligent person I have met for a long time. He could look at our photos of the bathroom in the mornings (with footprints of an animal) and distinguish it between a cat like or dog like animal and then narrow it down to hyena. There is nothing this man doesn't know about the Serengeti.

Go Safari Multiways - we are from New Zealand and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. Go - you know you want to.

A trip to wash our eyes
5/5

A marvelous experience made unforgettable by wonderful traveling companions: Thomas (our Italian guide and skilled connoisseur of the "Milanese dialect"), Amos (the perfect driver) and Moses (almost starred chef).
A perfectly organized Safari and so many emotions to remember.
Thanks
