We received excellent communication from the day we made inquiries till our last day in Arusha.
Their communication was too notch, we received daily follow up from Dorcas while on safari and efficient explanations from the driver guide who was keen with the details.
They met our expectations and we actually received what they promised each and every day for the 8 days we spend in Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

Professional and helpful.
Their communications channels were good from the sales representatives to the guide. They explained each and every detail from the start and gave us a brief of what to do at the airport before starting the safari. The guide also briefed us every night of what was going to happen the next day and made us feel comfortable in the wild.
Their services were commendable and we felt like we received what we were expecting and what we paid for , we felt the luxury promised.
