Reliable company, excellent guides and chef, amazing safari and competitive price
Excellent and reliable family-owned company with international standard. We booked with them a 12 days photographic safari of northen circuit. MR Murtaza helped us planning our dream tailor-made trip with deep knowledge of tanzanian parks and accomodation. Our guide, mr Amani, with professionality made any animal sighting possible, and with patience let us enjoy the best scenes the parks can offer. The food and the smile of the chef mr Miraji added an extra touch of joy in our days. Not last, price was very competitive for the offer, the land cruiser and the camping equipment was in perfect condition. Strongly recommended

Outstanding safari in Tanzania
Went with one friend on a 5 day safari: Tarangire, Serengeti two days, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Just SEPCTACULAR. The lodges were premium, staying in Robins camp surronded by lions, zebras, hienas was incredible, yet safe and with every necesity covered. Our guide Samuel was genious, knowing where to find the animals, when to wait and when to move on. Recommend!

An amazing trip
We had an amazing experience with Bobby Camping Safari! Everything was perfectly organized, and we truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Our Italian-speaking guide, Mattia, was an incredible point of reference throughout the trip – a fountain of fascinating facts about the animals and their behaviors.
All the lodges and campsites were beautiful, with excellent food and top-level cleanliness. We were lucky enough to spot all the Big Five and more, including lionesses with their cubs and the thrilling wildebeest migration – a once-in-a-lifetime sight!
Tanzania gifted us some of the most breathtaking red sunsets we've ever seen, stirring up emotions we'll never forget. Mattia also brought us closer to the Swahili culture by teaching us a few words and songs – such a special touch that made the trip even more memorable.
The visit to the Maasai village was also very well organized and offered a respectful and enriching insight into their traditions.
Asante Sana for everything – this was a journey we'll cherish forever!

Exceptional
We had an excellent trip and 4-day safari with Bobby Camping in early November. Our guide Amani was spectacular and very knowledgeable. With his guidance and expertise we saw all the big cats (including a caracal! Which is a rare find) as well as all of the big five and many many more: We saw an ostrich mating dance, we saw hippos, elephants, rhinos, a wildebeest migration and of course many lions.
Our accommodations were all exceptional. We even stayed overnight in a glamping luxury tent and heard lions roaring all night. Very cool!
There was always lunch boxes and lots of water available.
It was very easy to book, all our questions were answered very quickly. He has been checking in with us throughout the trip to ensure everything runs smoothly. Overall it was a great experience that I would and will recommend to anyone interested in doing a safari tour.

Bobby is the perfect choice
I am very satisfied about Bobby’s safari trip and happy I have chosen him among the others safari companies on this website.
We made a video call to know each other, I told him which parks I wanted to visit, the level of accommodation (luxury) and our budget and I got the quote.
I don’t think we could have a better one, everything was perfect.
I asked him to change the location of the first night (lake manyara instead of Arusha) because we would have stayed on the last day to get our flight and he gave us a better hotel with no any added charge (and the hotel he chose was the best of the trip, secret lake manyara).
Amani, his guide/driver that stayed with us for the trip, is a very kind and polite person, every on time and ready to assist us, I recommend to ask for him.
Anyway Bobby was everytime available on the phone for any reason.

First Safari - fantastic tour with very knowledgeable driver!
We were recommended BobbyCamping by a friend. For safari novices like us it couldn’t have been a better option (although I’m sure they can also serve the most experienced!) - Murtaza put our tour together based on our wishes and gave us a fair deal; especially for a private safari!
Our driver/guide Mr Godfrey is very experienced with deep knowledge of the parks. He perfectly knew the best routes and spots in the parks, so that we saw as many and diverse groups of animals as possible. He was also knowledgeable about the animals, conservation areas and national parks. The (budget) camping area was well positioned outside the parks making for a great hub - our chef was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts, packed lunches and dinners!

- Tarangire (highlights: waterholes with groups of animals; elephant crossing right in front of us)
- Ngorongoro (highlights: amazing environment and animals all around)
- Lake Manyara (highlights: a lion sleeping on the road and a pride right next to it at a river)
PS - side story
When our guide/driver Mr Godfrey picked us up, our safari adventure started in an unsettling situation due to the national elections and internet shutdown; roads to Arusha were obstructed by protesters and local gangs - with limited communications possibilities, both Godfrey and Murtaza helped us stay calm and safe, lent advice, and did everything possible to avoid incidents and take us to our next destinations. They stayed in constant contact and shared updates on the situation on the roads with us.
