Everything was dealt with perfectly
5/5

We were interested in water activities in the Okavango as we had never done this before on any of the many safaris we had been on.

Safari Lifestyles advised us of some lodges to go to and suggested that our stay in these camps where a bit shorter than we initially thought.... a very good suggestion and 3 nights was more than enough as our expectations were a little different before we booked... They obviously know their stuff very well!

So we shortened out water bits and stayed longer in traditional game viewing camps.... definitely the way to go...

Seriously one of the best safaris we have ever had and Safari lifestyles were really very good in advice and service.

The competence and accuracy of the tour operator was great. They answered all my questions and tailored the trip to what we asked. The accommodations, guide, vehicle were all excellent.

Amazing Tanzania Safari Experience
5/5

We were a group of 3 travelling to Africa for the first time. I was totally happy with the service provided by Afrishare. We talked to many operators but finally chose Afrishare.

Ibrahim had been very responsive and was able to take care of our concerns relating to changes in itinerary, place of stay, etc. One of the other factors was also the price. There had been changes to the VAT and increase in Ngorongoro crater fees in June leading to operators frequently revising the prices they had quotedus. Ibrahim stuck to a price and told us he would bear the risk of any taxes change, etc and we need not worry of that.

We did a 6 day Safari covering Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro (in that order). We had agreed on a package which covered the entire Tanzania safari duration, airport pick to airport drop. We were going to Zanzibar after that.

Ibrahim was prompt and was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived with a name card. He dropped us in Arusha Inn at about 4 am in the morning. We had rest on the first day in Arusha since the safari was to begin the next day.

Freddy was our guide cum driver for the safari. He was extremely knowledgeable about the places as well as a lot of fun to talk to. The vehicle provided was good enough for 4-5 people. He arrived an hour late due to traffic in Arusha (Afrishare is based in Moshi) but since we had only Tarangire to cover that day, it did not make much of a difference. We stayed at Twiga lodge and covered Manyara the next day. Then we headed to Serengeti. Stayed 2 nights in Tortilis at Central Serengeti and 1 night in the public campsite (Simba). We were able to see plenty of lions, few leopards and 2 cheetahs in Serengeti. We missed the migration by a few days. Since, we stayed in Simba for a night, Ibrahim arranged for a cook who made some excellent food for dinner as well as the lunch the next day.

The entire safari went on as per the agreed schedule without any changes. After Ngrorongoro, we came and stayed in Moshi for before getting dropped to the airport by Freddy at around 1 am.

The safari certainly lived up to my expectations and the service provided was top notch. I would definitely recommend Afrishare to anyone looking at a Tanzania safari experience.

Trip of a life time, prepared and guided by experts with a strong passion for Africa and Madagascar.
5/5

We went on both on the Madagascar Trek and the Wildlife and Game Parks Safari.
Both in there own right were superbly managed by master guide Ant and organiser Jude.
Will never forget these experiences and at the end wanted to turn around and repeat the trip, we enjoyed it so much, way above our expectations. The wild life, the rain forests and treks in Madagascar - highly recommend.
South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana safari would be the most memorable countries we have been to.
Thanks Jude for organizing this amazing trip for us, I think it would be hard to find anything better, definitely want a repeat!

Dealing with safariwithus was seamless and efficient!
5/5

We were so impressed with safariwithus. E mails were retuned right away with all the necessary information. When it came to being picked up in Johannesburg for our game reserve trip, the driver was punctual and very safe. The game lodge we went to was excellent. The staff were attentive and the food was great. The accommodation was beautiful and clean. The entire experience beat our expectations.

Perfect trip and mix of activities for solo female
5/5

Just as I was booking my Botwswana trip, my traveling partner canceled on me. I didn't want to spend as much money as we were going to spend if I were going alone, so Mark came up with a great trip for me. It was a great combination of types of safaris and geography (Khwai, Inner Delta, Chobe) and the places I stayed I was very happy with, the guides are very knowledgeable and well-trained, the hospitality was ideal, and the food was very good (and there are a lot of things I don't eat which they all catered to). I needed to end in Chobe because I was meeting another friend for Victoria Falls, but if I hadn't needed to take his schedule into account or the zambezi river level, I think it would be best to start with Vic Falls and then Chobe, Inner Delta, Khwai. I like Inner Delta in the middle because you can do walking safaris there and it was good to have that as the middle activity between the game drives you do in Chobe & Khwai. I also would have stayed a 3rd night in the Inner Delta instead of just 2 because the walking safari was my favorite. But considering my schedule needs, what Mark arranged for me was perfect. It was so shocking to get just a few meters away from a lion with nothing but the car door between it and me (no glass and only a very high roof), but then it became normal and later when lions are "only" 10 m away you are like oh those lions are kind of far away. The transfers and flights all worked seamlessly and my whole job was to show up at the right time, which made that part very relaxing and the animals made it exciting.

Fabulous experiance in Kruger Park
5/5

My mother and I had a wonderful trip to Kruger Park. All the staff made us feel welcome and made our trip feel special and personal. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and was able to let us stay within the park which is an experience we will never forget. We were always in a fabulous position for safari's with limited travel times to and from the park gates. We would highly recommend this company and traveling with Kruger Park Travel.

My june 2016 trip
5/5

This holiday ( planned over almost 2 years - to celebrate a 'special' birthday) proved to be be all we hoped for and more. It was fantastic

Throughout the long planning period Eleanor was wonderful. She gave us a great insight into the places we wished to visit, her advice was perfect e.g. It was definitely better to visit Katavi before Mahale. Thank you Ellie you were great !

Great experience
5/5

My husband and I did the Etosha-Caprivi-Victoria Falls road trip, and it was wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and imparted a real appreciation for the local birds in particular. The daily activities were a good balance of animal viewing and downtime, and the lodges were comfortable and often luxurious. The logistics were immaculately planned; our guides and the lodges always knew exactly what we were up to, without any confusion about what was paid for and what wasn't. Finally, Nick was very easy to deal with and responsive when we were booking and paying for the trip, as well as when we needed help with an emergency change to our schedule.
