An unforgettable and well-organized safari experience with outstanding guiding
Our group of five spent seven unforgettable days in Kenya with Jungleroam Safaris, visiting Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Nakuru. From start to finish, the communication was smooth and professional, and the whole experience delivered excellent value for money.
Special thanks go to our guide, Caleb, who truly made this trip exceptional. He was knowledgeable, reliable, and always punctual. His deep understanding of the wildlife, landscapes, and the best viewing spots enriched every game drive. Beyond that, Caleb’s humor, friendliness, and engaging personality made our group feel very comfortable and connected throughout the journey. His driving skills and the condition of the vehicle were excellent, giving us both safety and comfort across long distances and rough terrain.
The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and well-paced, balancing game drives with relaxation, and every day felt rewarding. The only minor issue we experienced was with payment: using a credit card incurred a 5% surcharge, which was not communicated in advance, and resolving this at the office took us about 1.5 hours. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not overshadow the overall experience.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Jungleroam Safaris—and especially Caleb—to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Kenya.

We were a group of five traveling with Caleb for 7 days, and it truly could not have been more perfect. Can’t be better
We had such an amazing time with Jungle Roam Safari! Our guide, Raheem Mwema, was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. He was so enthusiastic about finding animals, always on the lookout, and thanks to him we got to see so many! His energy and friendliness really made the whole trip extra special.
The safari company itself was also great—they helped us book the exact hotel we wanted and the car was really comfortable and perfect for game drives. Our tour operator was noticeably better than all of the other guides in the Serengeti.
Serengeti Smile made our trip super easy and all of our food and lodging were great after long days of being on Safari. Our guide Dale was what really made our trip special. He was fantastic at navigating through the parks and knowing where to find the wildlife my wife and I were interested in seeing. Not only was he skilled at his job, he was also very personable and friendly. Thank you Dale and Serengeti Smiles for a great trip!
