The performance of this tour operator was very professional and dedicated.
Kenya: still beautiful and welcoming
This was our first time to Africa. We were overwhelmed by the vastness of the country, its rich culture wildlife and complexities of its people and history. More of an experience than a holiday one thing is for sure, once you have been Africa stays with you, and you will quite possible never look at the world the same way again!
This was not only for the fact that we spent time focused on the Mara megafauna but also because in Nairobi we indulged in the 'mainstream' safari-related activities of visiting the elephant orphanage and the giraffe center.
It was all highly enjoyable and a reminder of many of the things which make Kenya a very special country in which to go on safari. We enjoyed a very helpful dialogue with the Kenyan team, Mr Le in this case, working out what we would do. The plan worked perfectly and the trip more than lived up to our expectations.

Amazing 4 day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru tour
We had the most amazing safari from start to finish. I just can't put into words what a fantastic experience it was. Our booking process with Dorcus was easy and she answered all of our questions. Our guide and driver was Joseph and we could not have asked for a better guide! He showed us all sorts of sights on the way to the Masai Mara the first day and told us all about the history and culture of the area. The accommodations were great - we stayed the first 2 nights just outside the park at the AA Lodge. The real highlight was the game drives. Joseph told us the first night when we entered the park that we would see the "big five" and in 2 days we saw them all! He was constantly searching and chatting with other guides and on the phone and radio to get us all the best viewings. It was astonishing how close we got to the animals and everything we saw. We also did the hot air balloon add on which was not to be missed! On our way out of the Masai Mara we stopped at a Masai village which was a short trip where we got to see the native culture and dancing and super high jumping! We asked lots of questions and picked up some handmade souvenirs. After leaving the Masai Mara we did a stopover to go on a boat in a lake full of hippos and every kind of bird (amazing) and then to Lake Nakuru. We stayed at Eagle Palace which was a fantastic hotel and then the next day for another game drive at Lake Nakuru. We stayed a little late just so we could get the perfect picture of white rhinos. I would list all of the different types of animals we saw but that would take pages. All I can say is if you're looking for a safari this is the company, incredibly professional, great experience and we'd seen more animals than people we'd met who had been there days longer.

Safari operator met all our expectations.
I had done a lot of research on-line for what we wanted to see on our safari and written back and forth with several operators. We selected Tanzania Roadside Expeditions because Paul was always prompt and very good at communicating with us and open to changes in the itinerary.
We shuttled from Nairobi. Despite the slow border crossing (same with flying) it was an interesting trip with the mix of people on the bus. When we arrived in Arusha, we were met and taken to our hotel. Paul and our driver/guide Justin later met with us to review he itinerary which was a great idea to avoid any misunderstandings later. It was exactly as planned, 5 days of safari, flight Seronera to Zanzibar and all arrangements in Zanzibar.
We were very pleased with Justin. He was a pleasure to talk with for 5 days and very determined for us to have the best safari possible. Having planned this during the dry season, we had a lot of rain. I would estimate 1”/day. This did make some roads inaccessible, even in a Land Cruiser. The driving was an adventure. Highlights were the Ngorongoro Crater and thousands of wildebeest migrating. Justin always allowed us to set the pace we wanted with animal viewings.
Zanzibar was the perfect wind down to the trip. There were a few glitches with the driver not having all details correct, but it all worked out. Zanzibar was much more mellow than I anticipated. Our guide for walking tour, Moharam, was a retired teacher with wisdom and a sense of humour. After 2 nights in Stone Town we transferred to the beach for a few nights in Matemwe. Life is good.

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by Noel Fotso Fotso
We saw most of the big animals in this park: elephants, buffalos and lots of other species: monkeys and lots of birds.
Wild animals did not seem to be disturbed by the noise and traffic of the so many cars, but there was always this sense of wilderness because of the thick bushes.
One is never sure of what could come out of the bush.
My overall impression is that the habitat of the wild animals have not been transformed by the humans in a way as to change its nature totally.
Because of this preservation of the natural habitat of the wild life, my overall rating is: Excellent.
