Very efficient
Great customer service, prompt and patient replies.
The lodge was nice and the overall experience went extremely smoothly for me, from pick up from the hotel to drop off at the airport.
The game rides were very well organised, and so the boma dinner (dinner in the bush).
I'll definitely recommend it.

Sunworld has the best guides, especially Nick Maluki
We were lucky that Sunworld assigned Nick Maluki as our guide on our trip to Samburu. I could not have imagined a better guide for my first African safari. Nick was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Our four hour drive to Samburu went by quickly as we learned about life in Kenya from Nick. And then we got to the Samburu and Nick made sure that we saw all that it had to offer. His years of experience as a guide was obvious, but he was not at all jaded--he shared our enthusiasm for the animals with every sighting. And for those that love photography, he knew how to get all the right angles. The second half of our journey in Kenya was not coordinated by Sunworld and we knew that we were going to miss Nick. We were truly sad when we had to leave him behind.
The third part of my trip was again coordinated by Sunworld, and I felt grateful that Sunworld took care of every step, from airport transfers to hotel pick ups. Sunworld staff were always on time and always dependable. The only downside is that I would recommend that you have a good idea of what you want to do before contacting Sunworld. There was a bit of back and forth communication to get things all set up. But if you do know what you want, and where you want to go and when, go with Sunworld. And definitely ask to have Nick Maluki as your guide.

An unforgettable experience
It was a very pleasant, spontaneous and uncomplicated trip. We were always well taken care of and lacked nothing during the safari. The nice driver always drove us to the best spots where we could always decide how long we would stay. We saw everything from the Big Fives to the Big Migration. Great tour operators, great team. Thank you! I would recommend to everyone!

Wildlife, nature and people
I am very impressed by nature: wild animals, savannas, mountains, waterfall Materuni (must-visit, I think) but, however, I really liked to look at the way of life of the locals and listen from them to their attitude to life, too. They are so calm, kind and cheerful.
In the resorts of Zanzibar, there is a big problem with annoying sellers of tours, food, gifts and other things, this is a big minus of local resorts, but the water and beaches here are very beautiful!

For amazing and memorable safaris, Dancing Zebra is still the best!
This was our 6th trip with Dancing Zebra Safari Company, and one of the best! We have been to the Serengeti many times, so we decided to take the road less traveled this time, and check out the parks in the south and west of Tanzania -- Ruaha, Katavi, and Mahale.
These parks are far from the beaten path, and harder and more complicated to get to, due to limited flight schedules and availability. Luckily Jessica Mathews has been to all of them, and was fully aware of all the complex scheduling, and was able to put together an itinerary that worked well for us. It’s good to have somebody who knows all the details personally. She made sure all our needs were taken care of, from our pick up at the arrival airport, to our transfer to the departure airport. I have said it before, and will say it again because it’s true – Jessica is the best safari organizer out there.
Ruaha and Katavi have most of the animals you will see in the Serengeti, except for the large herds of wildebeests. The one thing it does NOT have, compared to the Serengeti, is the large herds of people! It was typical to go an entire game drive without seeing another vehicle. It kind of gave more of a feeling of wildlife in its rawest state, since they were not used to seeing people and their vehicles. We stayed at the Nomad camps, and both of our drivers at Ruaha and Katavi were fantastic. They really knew the area well.
Mahale was great, and we had a fabulous visit with a large group of chimpanzees. This was our first time with wild chimpanzees, and it is a magical moment to see them for the first time. Our chimp trekking guide was Butati, and after three days there, I felt like we had taken a college level course in chimpanzee behavior!
You cannot go wrong with Dancing Zebra Safari Co! Add in the great Nomad camps, the great guides, and this made for one of the most memorable safaris so far.

Excellent communication every step of the way
Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Excellent communication with Salim right from the start. Accommodation was great and got us VERY close to nature!! Our driver George was fantastic and made sure we had an amazing safari. Saw the big 5 and lots more. Kids aged 21, 17 and 16 all rated it 10/10. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had as a family holiday.
