Everything went very smoothly. Sander was very responsive and helpful during out trip.
The tour was great. Even when there were issues with the experience Sander was always available to help. Overall everything went very well! The driver was fantastic and always helpful, the accommodations were exactly what we had asked for, and the animals were out and having fun!

Any emails, calls and messages were responded to timeously, without delay, and the responses were relevant to my queries. Any time I was told that they would revert, this would happen in a timeous way.
Makario are very knowledgeable in the offerings in Rwanda, the Great Lakes region as well as East Africa.They will make you feel "at home", away from home.

Everything well Organized and Executed
Booking a trip to Africa is a daunting task with 100's of tour providers offering all sorts of tours and expeditions. George and his team ensured that all the details of our trip were planned perfectly, from the time we landed, we had a smiling face to welcome us and bring us to the hotel.
The vehicle was an African Limousine (Land Cruiser Safari Stretch), brand new with all the right modifications to ensure our safaris were perfect.
Ken, was extremely nice, great personality, very knowledgeable and insightful. No animal or small gesture was missed on his part. Around the craziness of drivers in Africa, Bob drove very respectfully, and NEVER spoke/texted on his phone while driving. I would ask for Ken the next time I come to Kenya.
In Tanzania we had the best 4x4 driver, Salim, he also noticed every animal and sight to see. We crossed rivers, mud bogs, and unbelievable terrains with calm and ease. Very much appreciated as we saw several trucks on their side during river crossings.
We arrived very early for our flight to Zanzibar, flight was good. In Zanzibar, I recommend upgrading to the Ocean Front Villa (nothing wrong with the villa given) . but for very little $$ you get a great view with a great room. All meals were included, very nice spread with something for anyone. If you don't like buffets, you choose the a la carte restaurant which is very inexpensive. We extended our trip for two days and went to Stone Town. Very much worth the time and small upgrade. Stone Town is filled with history that is so very important to learn, and we were only 10 minutes to the airport the next day.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience with Kileo Tours, it was a very good choice. From the first moment cared about us, comfortable car only for us, very good food and plenty to eat until saying enough, and the very good guide, gave everything because we had the opportunity to see everything we wanted to see.
If I have the opportunity to come back sometime, I would definitely hire them again.

Murchison National Park
I travel with a group of interns to Uganda once a year for medical work in the north of the country. For the third consecutive year, Prime Safari took care of our moments of relaxation with brilliance and professionalism.
First for a weekend at Murchison Park. Transport, accommodation and meals. Everything was faultless, on time, polite and above all, with no bad surprise. Conscientious drivers / guides who know the secrets of the fauna and know how to locate it out with respect.
The day before our departure, we also appreciate tourist support in the city of Kampala. Professional transport in traffic that is not always convenient. Suggestions of attractions and restaurants that respect our pace of discovery.

We would love to thank Saso Uganda Safaris as we had a great safari experience, on a high professional level. Wilson is always nice and ready to satisfy your desires. Very important: the email communication was fast and he gets always back to you shortly. Dona was the perfect guide, always on time, with an high level of experience, the jeep was big enough to move, standing up and taking pictures, and all lodges and hotels we slept in were cozy and fascinating.
