Adventure, magical place for vacation!
We had our first Africa trip 5 years ago to Kenya and we are back again, but this time in Tanzania. The travel agency recommended Ene Lepp, she made our trip plan. We started 3 days at Victoria lake town name Mwanza, called Stone Town. Two guides took us around, fishing on lake, sunset on the rocks with amazing view to town and lake Victoria, local food, historical village with the dance and singing and walking in town. After that started Serengeti safari. Our guide Emmanuel took care of us for 3 days, he new exactly where to drive that why we were lucky to see BIG 5 (Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant and Cape Buffalo) plus the Cheetahs, Hyenas, Jackals, Zebras, Antelopes, Gazelles, Hippos, Giraffes, Wildebeests, Crocodiles, Baboons and Monkeys and many other animals and varieties of birds. The tented lodges were an experience onto themselves. The people at the lodges were super accommodating. The lodges were literally in the middle of it all; right in the bush, lion just behind the tents and in the morning first you see zebras. Our trip ended in Zanzibar for 5 days, good hotel, nice beach ,amazing food. When you go Africa you reach back in time to a place where we all come from. Tanzania is full of beauty that only mother nature can create, and we were lucky to have experienced it. The people in Tanzania are so warm. Ezekiel was an expert guide in every way and an encyclopedia on every animal fact we asked him.
Suricata Safaris is the best safari experience one could hope for. The food was great and showcased local specialties, with a nice 3 square meals a day and multiple 1.5L water bottles provided daily. Over the 5 days I spent with our expert guide Ezekiel, I saw every animal I could’ve imagined, regardless of how rare I imagined some sightings could be. He got us very close to elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, etc. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, even the tents have full functioning electricity, bathrooms and nice beds inside. Ezekiel had answers to every animal question we asked and taught me some Swahili along the way! The communications were super friendly and clear with both the general email prior to the trip, and during the trip, and also they welcome any questions even after you’ve parted ways with your guide for anything about the lay of the land in Tanzania.
10/10 will recommend to everyone I know, and will contact them when I plan another safari trip.

Excellent, top tier tour operator
This safari exceeded my expectations. All the parks were fantastic, the food was incredible and the lodges were very comfortable. Coming from Canada was a long flight and they made the booking and our stay flawless. Ezekiel was our guide and he was excellent. I highly recommend him and this company.

This experience far surpassed any of my wildest expectations. Just got back from the safari and telling everyone about Suricata already!
Great accommodations, food, guides and staff. We got to see everything that we had hoped to see and explore some of the nicest national parks in the world.
I cannot recommend Suricata and Ezekiel enough. This is the safari you should book if you are planning to take the trip of a lifetime.

The best
The trip was great overall. The cruise itself was amazing. Going to Masai Mara was probably the best thing ever . A balloon safari over the Mara is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. As you ascend, beautiful features unfold before your eyes: rolling hills, meandering rivers,,, . The Bald Eagles around were amazing. It was impressive. The food was very good. Overall it was a great vacation and definitely my best. Am happy I did it and I'd recommend it to anyone. I'm trying to get them to think about next December holiday vacation. But with Speckled bird tours you will not be disappointed.

An amazing expérience
Ben made us an incredible adventure always smiling punctual and listening to our desires he allowed us to discover Kenyan landscapes, animals and even songs
As he is in contact with the other guides we were able to quickly go to places to observe the animals.

We used Afro Dawn Safaris’ services from beginning to end, they organized our whole zimbabwe trip tours without any glitches or hiccups, their staff go above and beyond! (Special thanks to Isabella!!! & Paul) Communication is excellent, ( I have been in communication with Isabella via whatsapp even before our trip and she was kind enough to answer all my queries and assist me with all our travel needs) value for money is worth every cent!!! The experience(s) is next to none!!! We did the Devil’s pool, took a helicopter ride over victoria falls and even walked with the lions!!! And cruised the zambezi! Everything was well coordinated from drivers to tour guides! Everyone was reliable! I cannot thank afro dawn enough especially isabella who made our time in zimbabwe more memorable, she is truly an outstanding tour guide very accommodating and helpful!
