Amazing!! Recomended Agency for Kenya
This was my first time in Africa, and it made a lasting impression on me. I initially planed in Oct during the migration for Game drives, unfortunately couldn't make it. I got in touch with Hyrax Safaris during oct and later changed it to feb this year. i along with my 2 friends had a awesome time in Kenya. Roselyne was our contact person with Hyrax. She made all our necessary arrangements. and Philip was our Driver Guide for Masai mara. We saw all we hoped for Lions , Cheetah, Elephants , Antelopes ,Zebra anda Leopard aswell which is a rare spot in kenya.
Even though i chose the more economical Budget Safari it was a whole better than what i expected. Nothing that made you feel it was a budget package. From accommodation to transportation and the food and service provided was above expectation.
Will recomend anyone headed to Kenya. And will always use it if i find myself in Kenya ,which i hope i do.

Couldn’t be more helpful, treats their customers with individual care giving you exactly the trip you dream of, we had Emails, phone calls and even spoke on Face time so all our questions were answered. Our trip went very well Clyde gave us an itinerary of every pick up Domestic flight and lodges where we would be staying and all went according to plan. Our Safari trip was amazing so diverse, we had 3days in Selous Game Reserve and then 4days in Ruaha National Park which was very green with lots of vegetation we were lucky to see a total of 38 individual lions, while in Selous we saw a large pack of wild dogs, my husband saw many different birds including some he had never seen before, we also saw his favorite Crown Cranes and Saddle Bill Storkes, so we had a trip of a life time and would recommend Tailormade Africa to everyone

Safari absolutely out of this world!
We went on a five day Safari to Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli National Park!
It was well organized from the word go with booking the Safari and coordinating payment, accomodation and so forth!
Henry was great with the emails and any questions that we had!
The driver James was also excellent, safe, came on time and answered any questions we had on the game drives.
The parks are also awesome - loved the scenery, saw lots of animals, especially elephants and also lions, buffalos, zebras, wildebeest, many bird species and others in all kinds of settings.
The accomodation places were nice with animals roaming around - though very hot when we were there so needed to drink lots of water!
All in all a wonderful experience!

Excellent service, unforgettable experience
We had an excellent experience with Roam Serengeti Safaris, Mussa is a very professional guide, with deep knowledge of the area and with a true interest in providing the best service for his clients. We initially chose Roam because they had the better value for money offer. Mussa helped as organize the trip giving us a lot of alternatives and discussing our schedule with us. He was not as fast in replying as other operators but this is to be expected as he is often on safari and this did not bother us nor created any problems at organizing our trip.
We spent 5 days in Tarangire-Serengeti-Ngorongoro were Mussa restlessly drove us around to make sure we get the best pictures of all animals and we have time to enjoy the parks. He accommodated all our wishes and was very flexible in the daily schedule. Even when we had a problem with our car he almost immediately put us in another car to take us back to our lodge and had another car for us the next morning. He is also a very pleasant person to chat and learn about the animals and life in Tanzania.
We would definitely recommend Roam and Mussa for an unforgettable experience.

Perfect organization
We have made a 7 days trekking on the Kilimanjaro following the northern Rongai Route.
We have organised the excursion with the local agency High Peaks Expeditions and everything was perfect organized.
Our guide Dismas Urio has really been a wonderful one: his kindness, professionalism, his sense of leadership, his knowledge, his organization from our arrival at the airport to our departure has made our trekking to the Kilimanjaro a wonderful and an unforgettable experience.
We have appreciated every single moment with him and he has made our experience not only a climbing but a magical trip in the region.
We would like to thank him and the wonderful Team he has organized for our group of 4 people.
Everybody ... everybody of the 17 Staff has really done their best to pamper us, from the wonderful Chef de Cuisine to all porters.
The Rongai Rute is longer then the others routes but has the advantage that there is less people and to give you a good prospective of the region walking up to the Mawensi mountain. The countryside changes every 100 meters of altitude, starting from the raining forest to the alpine desert.
Difficult is the final climbing from 4700 mt to the 5895 mt during the night but … once arrived to the top you can enjoy the view on the top of African continent.

Trip of a lifetime!
cannot say how we enjoy our safari, words are no enough.
It was a trip of a lifetime, and from the first contact by email with Isaak, the owner, we felt taken care of 100%.
The safari was beyond what I imagined, with Maasai Mara as the highlight of our journey.
We saw tons of wildlife across Kenya, and 3 National Parks an Reserves. Lions and elephants were great.
I want also to thank Mike Mike, our driver and guide who went out of his way to make us enjoy our trip. He was very good and patient at finding the perfect shot for photo opportunities.
This was a private safari and I do recommend this as the price is not much higher than a group.

Excellent customer service - David was superb!
This operation was truly remarkable from beginning to end. David took extra care to help me with booking the safari across the world. Time difference didn't keep him from great response time. He gave great suggestions for the stay in town and helped my boyfriend who was traveling alone with transportation to and from airports. All in all, we can't wait to go back together. Kili Slope Tours will be our number one choice for all of our tours in the area.

excellent !!
The safari was amazing. We booked 5 days and we visited 1 parc and 2 lakes. We saw the big 5 after only one day in masai mara thanks to our terrific driver Jackson. The staff was very professional and they help us with everything, even after the safari. Thank you very much for this experience ! Would definitely recommand it !
