We arrange short treks for those who want to experience Kilimanjaro and get on the mountain, but don’t have the time to attempt the summit. We offer a day trip to Mandara Hut, which is the first camp on the Marangu Route. This is a beautiful trek through lush jungle. The trek to the hut takes 3 to 4 hours and covers 8 km with an 800m. You'll have lunch at the hut and enjoy the beautiful scenery before heading back down to the gate and then driving back to Moshi or Arusha.
