The 7-Day Lemosho Route is regarded as one of the most scenic and rewarding ways to summit Mount Kilimanjaro. Beginning on the remote western side of the mountain, it crosses diverse landscapes, from dense rainforest to expansive moorlands, with sweeping views across the Shira Plateau. The route allows for excellent acclimatisation thanks to its gradual ascent, significantly improving the chances of reaching Uhuru Peak successfully. It is a favourite for first-time and experienced climbers.
