Seven kilometres south of Nairobi city is Nairobi’s famous national park. It was established in 1946, and is Kenya’s first national park. The best time is very early in the morning before most of the big cats go to seek shade. At 11.00am you will visit the Elephant orphanage for an hour. After the elephants, your next stop will be at the Giraffe center, where you will have a chance to feed the endangered Rothschild giraffe.
