The safari begins between 4:30 am from Kigali city, moves to Musanze going through the unmatched hilly landscape that qualifies Rwanda. You'll have an early pick-up from your hotel/resident and drive to the park for a briefing by park rangers on how to behave when looking for the gorillas. You'll enjoy some misty views of the nearby mountains until when you will reach your hosts, the gorillas. Get back to Kigali at your hotel.
