Perfect adventure!
We went on a 3-day tour to Akagera National Park with Hermosa. The booking process and communication before, during and after the tour were impeccable. During the tour, we were looked after 24/7 by Richard, who did an excellent job and was always on hand to offer advice and assistance. The tour was conducted in a modern Land Cruiser, which essentially became our home for three days. It was also comfortable, thanks to the refrigerator and Wi-Fi. All in all, we would like to say thank you or even better Murakoze and would be delighted to have the opportunity to take another tour with Hermosa.

Reliable and professional
We truly enjoyed our time with Pacifique, our driver and guide from Hermosa. He made our travel comfortable by providing water, Wi-Fi, and by customizing the itinerary and stopping at places we wished to visit. He always greeted us with a warm smile and was very friendly.
Pacifique also shared his personal experiences and the story of how he became a tour guide and driver, which made the journey even more interesting. He is very knowledgeable about the animals and birds, and he helped us spot many of them during our visit to Akagera.

Pacifique was such incredible guide, he answered all of our questions.
The entire experience was fantastic. Neither my girlfriend nor I had ever been to East Africa before and we felt right at home. The communication was crystal clear and everything was tailored to our needs. The plan changed a couple of times and Paccy was very accomodating making sure everything was taken care of. Our tour was 4 days long and we loved and felt taken care of every second of it. I'd recommend this tour to anyone looking to get a rich experience of Rwanda.

Professional, warm hospitality on the move!
A very well structured tour, with a wonderful guide (Godwin) who drive us safely between activities and accommodations. He was well informed on the cultural, wildlife and environment aspects of the journey.
We loved our tour and how it unfolded for us. We covered Golden monkeys, Gorillas, Chimpanzees, Lion, Leopards, Elephants and multiple other wildlife.
Accommodation was always clean and meals left us well satisfied.

I booked the day trip to Volcanoes National Park to see the golden monkeys. My guide, Danny, was right on time in the morning. He was extremely accommodating to me throughout the whole day, ensuring I had everything I wanted. He also is a great conversationalist! The tour itself at the park was well-organized and exactly what is advertised. I'd recommend booking through Hermosa!

Valuable and honest tour agency
Their price is the most reasonable for solo tourist. And all staffs were very kind and nice. It would be good to go with this agency. I have been scammed before with the tour from hotel, so it would be better to compare the price and choose this agency. They offer tour at reasonable price.

Richard the driver/tour guide was excellent. I did both the Safari to Akagera and the Golden Monkeys Trekking and both tours very complete, enough hours, knowledge and private which andes the sense of personalitation to each tour
