CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR LONG-STAY TOURS
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing after it is agreed upon between the client and the MoAfrika Tours agent. Written confirmation may be emailed directly to the MoAfrika Tours agent.
All MoAfrika Tours require a 100% non-refundable deposit for a long-stay tour to the value of 50% of tour price.
Full payment required upon confirmation of booking. Where applicable, the balance of payment is due 40 days prior to the departure date.
Tour prices are quoted in South African Rands.
MoAfrika Tours cancellation and refund policy for long stays
55-49 days: 50% refund of payment EXCLUDING non-refundable deposit
48-42 days: 25% refund of payment EXCLUDING non-refundable deposit
41 days or less: 0% refund of payment EXCLUDING non-refundable deposit
In case of NO SHOW on the date of tour departure, client forfeits 100% of total payment
