Whilst many visitors to Kenya head directly to the Mara, many in the know instead opt for a trip to the central highlands of this varied country. From the arid savanna of Samburu, where leopard and elephants roam, to the lush grasslands of Ol Pejeta, replete with lion and rhino, there is much to see here. The highlight of this tour, though, must be the excellent viewing of melanistic leopard and wild dog in the incredible Laikipia.
