Welcome to Mikumi National Park, rich in wildlife like buffalo, elephant, lions, wildebeests, Maasai giraffe, hippos, impalas, and crocodiles. There are also zebras and warthogs. Most of the animals can be seen in all seasons. Driving from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park is about 6 hours. This will be lodge safaris, during the night you will hear lots of animals, including hyena, sometimes even a lion. Also, the itinerary can be customized depending on your needs and budget.
