Mikumi National Park set just outside Morogoro city about two hours away gives you an unforgettable experience witnessing lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, wildebeests, leopard(rare), monkeys, buffalo, warthog and birds. It is easily accessible by roads and now brought even closer to Dar es salaam by the train. Udzungwa Mountains gives you the best scenery for hiking, the waterfalls are breathtaking. You will also enjoy seeing a variety of bird species and a large number of monkeys.
