Early in the morning around 6:00 am (pick-up time may vary based on your hotel location in Zanzibar), you'll be transferred to the airport for your 8:00 am flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 am, your guide will meet you and begin the journey to Tarangire National Park, about 1.5 hours away, sharing stories about local culture and the Maasai way of life along the way.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and rich variety of wildlife. Its landscapes range from open savannah to seasonal swamps, all centered around the life-giving Tarangire River. Keep an eye out for lions stalking prey and leopards lounging in the trees.

After a full-day game drive, your adventure will wind down around 4:00 pm. You’ll then head to your lodge for some relaxation, dinner, and a restful overnight stay.

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at 7:00 am before heading out for a final game drive in the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. This vast, intact volcanic caldera spans 20 kilometers across and plunges 600 meters deep, offering a rich habitat for a variety of wildlife.

As you explore the crater floor, visit Lake Magadi—an alkaline lake known for its flocks of flamingos, elusive black rhinos, hippos, and other birdlife. The crater is a haven for wildlife and offers a fitting finale to your safari adventure.

Lunch will be served picnic-style at a scenic spot inside the park. In the afternoon, you'll drive to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 pm flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 5:45 pm, a driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
