Upon arrival in the Masai Mara from Nairobi, you will settle into the eco-friendly comfort of Miti Mingi Eco Camp. After a warm welcome and lunch, embark on your first thrilling afternoon game drive, where you’ll encounter the iconic wildlife of the Mara. See lions lounging under acacia trees, herds of elephants, graceful giraffes, and zebras roaming the vast savannah. Return to camp as the sun sets for a delicious, locally sourced dinner and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the African night.

After breakfast at camp, set out on a thrilling full-day game drive across the legendary Maasai Mara. With your experienced driver-guide leading the way, follow winding tracks and fresh animal trails in search of elusive lions, cheetahs and, with luck, a stealthy leopard. Along the way, encounter elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, crocodiles and graceful antelopes, while colourful birdlife fills the savannah. At midday, pause for a memorable picnic lunch beneath the shade of an acacia tree or beside the Mara River, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wild. After lunch, continue exploring the Mara’s endless plains before optionally visiting a Maasai village. Meet local families, experience energetic traditional dances, admire intricate beadwork and discover the fascinating traditions of this iconic community. After a hearty breakfast at your Mara camp, check out and bid farewell to the golden plains of the Masai Mara as you journey toward Lake Nakuru. Travel through Kenya’s scenic countryside, enjoying rolling hills, patchwork farmland and relaxing stops along the way, with lunch en route. As you approach the beautiful Great Rift Valley, you may optionally enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, gliding across the tranquil waters as hippos surface nearby and fish eagles soar overhead, while giraffes and other wildlife may be spotted along the shoreline. Keep your camera ready for elephants wandering beneath the mountain, graceful giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes and, with luck, lions and other predators. After this final wildlife encounter, exit the park and begin your journey toward Nairobi, enjoying scenic countryside views and stops along the way to stretch and recharge. Lunch and optional curio shopping will be at your own cost. Continue toward Nairobi as the landscapes gradually transform from open savannah to the vibrant city. Arrive in the afternoon, bringing your unforgettable Kenyan safari to a memorable close, before being dropped at your preferred location within Nairobi.
