Day 1

Your adventure begins early in the morning in Arusha, At 7:30 a.m., your driver-guide will collect you from your hotel. The journey, about 3.5 to 4 hours, passes through bustling towns, banana and coffee farms, and Maasai villages where daily life unfolds against sweeping landscapes.

By mid-morning, you reach the Ngorongoro Crater rim, perched at over 2,200 meters. From here, you take in a sweeping view of the world’s largest intact caldera, stretching endlessly below. Early mist often veils the floor, creating a mystical scene.

The descent into the crater is thrilling, the winding track revealing glimpses of savannah, forests, and the alkaline Lake Magadi shimmering in the distance. Reaching the crater floor feels like entering another world—often called the “Garden of Eden” because of its rich wildlife density.

Your game drive begins across varied landscapes where more than 25,000 animals roam like Gnu, Lion, Zebra, Gazelles and Buffaloes.
