Day 2

After an early breakfast, depart Serengeti National Park and enjoy a final en-route game drive as you exit the park.
The journey takes you southeast toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations, the Ngorongoro Crater.

Upon arrival, descend 600 meters into the Crater for a half-day game drive on the Crater floor.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and offers a unique micro-ecosystem supporting nearly every species of wildlife found in East Africa.
Ascend the crate and head out to Karatu where you'll check-in to your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.

Karatu to Manyara National Park Then Drive out to Arusha

After breakfast, depart from your lodge in Karatu and drive to nearby Lake Manyara National Park, a small but ecologically diverse park nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
Spend the morning exploring Lake Manyara, famous for its tree-climbing lions (a rare behavior), Large herds of elephants, Hippos, giraffes, zebras, and baboons. Over 400 bird species, especially flamingos along the lake shore.

After the game drive and a packed hot lunch, begin your drive back to Arusha (approx. 2–3 hours).
Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your preferred location, either Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or a hotel in Arusha, depending on your departure plans.
