Day 2-3

Full day Amboseli

Full day Amboseli

These days are devoted to complete game drives in Amboseli National Park. The day can often be flexible, with the choice of early morning game drives the ideal moment for game viewing and perhaps witnessing hunts followed by breakfast and relaxation, or complete day game drives with picnic lunches. The park's diverse habitats, which include open plains, swamps, and woodlands, are visited by many animals. The swamps, fed by Kilimanjaro's melting snows, are particularly good for spotting elephants, hippos, pelicans, herons, and kingfishers. There is also an observation hill from which to view the park. Most tours also visit a Maasai village to learn about their culture, traditions, and lifestyle.
