Day 2

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your private guide will pick you up from your Gran Meliá Arusha in a comfortable 4x4 safari vehicle. As you drive across the beautiful Maasai plains, you’ll see local people in colorful traditional clothes, walking or herding their cattle.
Soon you’ll arrive at the famous Tarangire National Park, known for its peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking landscapes. The Tarangire River is the park’s lifeline, attracting many animals during the dry season. Watch for large elephant herds, graceful giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. If you’re lucky, you may even spot lions or leopards resting in the shade.
