1-Day Kilimanjaro National Park Day-Trip

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Your adventure begins with pick-up from your hotel in Moshi or from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

You will then drive to the Marangu Gate or Machame Gate, where you’ll register with park authorities before starting your day hiking.

The hike takes you through the lush montane rainforest, where sunlight filters through ancient trees draped in moss. Along the trail, you might encounter playful colobus monkeys, colorful bird species, and stunning views of the forest canopy.

Depending on the route, you’ll hike up to Mandara Hut (2,700 meters) on the Marangu Route or Machame Camp (around 3,000 meters) on the Machame Route.

At the midpoint of your trek, you’ll enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch surrounded by nature while admiring the breathtaking scenery and the majestic view of Mount Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak

In the evening you will exit the park, and you will be transfer back to your hotel in Moshi or directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport depending on your travel plans.
