Depart Nairobi early and journey north through Kenya’s lush highlands to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, located between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares. Arrive at Sweetwaters Serena Camp in time for lunch and a short rest before your afternoon game drive. Explore the conservancy, home to the Big Five, endangered black and white rhinos, and the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya. Visit the famous northern white rhinos enclosure and learn about ongoing conservation efforts. After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Ol Pejeta Conservancy before departing for Lake Nakuru National Park. Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with a brief stop for stunning views and photos along the escarpment. Arrive at Ziwa Bush Lodge in time for lunch, then set out for an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru, a beautiful park known for its alkaline lake, rhinos, and abundant birdlife.
