Descend from the vast Serengeti into the highlands, where the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater awaits, a massive volcanic caldera with walls over 2,000 feet high and a floor stretching 102 square miles. Depending on your flight schedule, you may take on an optional boat cruise on Lake Bunyonyi, afterwards, begin your scenic drive back to Kigali, winding through Rwanda’s lush countryside and rolling green hills. Stop along the way for photos or to browse local crafts. Upon arrival in Kigali, depending on your flight schedule, you may have time to visit the city’s highlights or enjoy a meal before being transferred to the airport for your departure flight home.
