Day 1

Begin your safari adventure with a morning departure from Nairobi, heading towards the beautiful Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake located in the heart of the Great Rift Valley. Along the way, enjoy a scenic drive through rolling landscapes and stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to admire panoramic views of the escarpment and the shimmering lakes below.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha Country Club in time for a delicious lunch and some relaxation amid the tranquil gardens of the lodge.
In the afternoon, set out for an unforgettable boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can spot hippos wallowing in the water and a wide variety of bird species as you head to Crescent Island Sanctuary for a guided walking safari. The island allows you to walk freely among giraffes, zebras, gazelles, and waterbucks in a peaceful, predator-free environment, a rare and exhilarating experience.

Return to your lodge in the evening to enjoy dinner and unwind as you soak in the serene atmosphere by the lakeshore.

After a hearty breakfast, depart for the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s premier wildlife destination. The journey takes you across the beautiful highlands and into the vast open plains of the Mara ecosystem, a land famed for its rich concentration of wildlife.

Arrive at the luxurious Mara Serena Safari Lodge in time for lunch, where you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the savannah stretching out below. After some rest, head out for your first game drive in the Masai Mara. Traverse the golden plains in search of the “Big Five” — lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos — as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and countless antelopes.

As the sun sets, return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxed evening surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 3

Today, spend a full day exploring the breathtaking Masai Mara National Reserve, known for its abundance of wildlife and spectacular landscapes. Begin with an early morning game drive, when animals are most active and the lighting is perfect for photography. Watch as the savannah awakens with herds of elephants, grazing antelopes, and big cats on the prowl.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and leisure time, or choose to spend the entire day on a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch, venturing deeper into the reserve in search of predators and other fascinating species.
You may also opt for an unforgettable hot air balloon safari (optional, at extra cost), drifting silently above the plains as the sun rises followed with breakfast in the bush. In the afternoon, consider a visit to a local Maasai village (optional at extra cost), learning about their rich culture.

Return to the lodge in the evening to enjoy a sumptuous dinner and a peaceful night overlooking the Mara plains.

Day 4

After breakfast, bid farewell to the Masai Mara and enjoy a scenic drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you’ll head to the world-famous Carnivore Restaurant for a farewell lunch. Known as “Africa’s Greatest Eating Experience,” Carnivore offers a unique barbecue selection of meats roasted over open charcoal pits and carved right at your table — a perfect way to end your Kenyan adventure.

After lunch, you will be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
