Fabulous private tour and brilliant customer service

Fantastic from the beginning with the booking process to delivering 2 separate private tours.
Our guide / driver Dan, was fantastic and Mercy was brilliant with our booking especially when I needed to amend it at short notice when my flight was cancelled.
The park was amazing and the jeep was exceptional.

Wonderful, thorough, responsive, professional, and easy to deal with.

My wife and I visited Amboselli Park in Kenya a couple of weeks ago, months after we started planning our dream trip.
We began working with Mercy at Kichaka, and she created a wonderful itinerary, five days and four nights, which was a perfect timeframe for us.
Our flight arrived in Nairobi on Tuesday night, and we were transported from the airport to the Crowne Plaza, where we had a wonderful dinner and good night’s sleep.
Our guide, David, picked us up the next morning at 7 am for the four hour drive to Amboselli. David was our guide the entire trip, and he was a wonder of information and congeniality.
We stayed at Serena Lodge, within the park, for four nights, and had five days of drives to see all of the animals we came for.
Serena Lodge is a beautiful facility, and our package included all meals there, mostly buffet style. The food was excellent, and our room was lovely.
On our last day David drove us back into Nairobi, and we spend 6 hours in a day use room at the Argyle Park Hotel, a beautiful five star facility. We were able to take long naps and showers before our flight back to the states.
Every aspect of the trip, except the flights, was planned and coordinated by Mercy and the Kichaka team. Things all went off without a hitch, and communication was always good.
We would highly recommend Kichaka to anyone planning an African adventure.

I took a private half day safari in Nairobi National Park, visited the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and ate at Carnivore. From the first moment I contacted Kichaka, I was put at ease. Mercy responded promptly and professionally with each of my questions and was able to customize my trip how I wanted, including a last minute add. My guide, Elikana, was incredibly informative, taught me so much about the animals and plants, knew the Park incredibly well and was warm and friendly. It was an unforgettable experience!! 10/10 would recommend. Very affordable, great communication, once-in-a-lifetime trip!

Kichaka Tours was excellent in helping create a private tour to our wishes . Mercy was so helpful with all my questions and options and considerations, and met us to ensure all was in order.
The driver Evan, was an excellently skilled driver for the challenges of the roads and extensive traffic. Crisis flooding caused chaos at one point but he kept us safe. Language was a bit of a barrier for not learning more during our experience but I still rate this company as excellent. I would certainly use them again .

We had a great experience with Kichaka Tours during our half-day safari in Nairobi National Park, which we arranged due to a long layover in Nairobi between flights.

The communication with Mercy during the booking process was clear and smooth, and they were very flexible with the timing when Kenya Airways rebooked our flight.

Before the safari, we visited the Giraffe Centre, which was a great start to the day.

Our safari guide, Richard, was excellent. He shared great explanations about the park, the animals, and the highlights along the way. He also made a real effort to find the best spots for wildlife viewing and photography.

We were incredibly lucky and managed to see almost all the animals we hoped for, including cheetah, lion, hippo, rhino, giraffe, buffalo, and jackals.

After the safari, we also got a quick city tour of Nairobi before being dropped off at the airport, which was a very nice way to end the experience.

Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend!
