Today your safari adventure begins with a pickup from your Arusha hotel to enjoy a scenic 2.5-hour drive through stunning landscapes and local villages. Spend the day exploring Tarangire National Park, home to vast elephant herds, towering baobabs and rare tree-climbing pythons. As the evening falls, head to Africa Safari Manyara Escarpment where a safari comfort lodge awaits. Cool off with a refreshing swim in the pool before relaxing under the African night sky.

Drive to Lake Natron

After breakfast, travel through remote northern Serengeti landscapes to Lake Natron, across Maasai land with scattered bomas and dramatic mountains. From June to November, witness up to two million flamingos at the lake. Stop at natural hot springs en route, then arrive at Africa Safari Lake Natron. Relax by the pool with stunning views of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, or take a short guided walk to the lake to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and wildlife.

Flamingo Walk Lake Natron

Go on a Flamingo Walk at Lake Natron with a traditional Maasai Guide, where endangered lesser flamingos transform the alkaline waters into a sea of pink. Hike to refreshing waterfalls through villages and dramatic landscapes, then explore the Engaresero Footprint Site, with over 400 ancient tracks frozen in time. Later, our transfer will return to Arusha or Arusha Airport. An additional transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport can be arranged for an additional cost.
