After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park, renowned for its majestic elephant herds and breathtaking views of Africa’s highest peak, Mt. Kilimanjaro. On a clear morning, the snow-capped summit appears to float above the clouds—an unforgettable sight. The park also hosts buffalos, black rhinos, zebras, wildebeests, and various plains game. Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast to experience the park’s wildlife at its most active and capture another stunning view of Kilimanjaro. Day 3

After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha (approximately 5 hours 30 minutes), a stunning circular freshwater lake surrounded by lush fever-tree forests and overlooked by the dramatic slopes of Mount Longonot. Although not officially protected, the lake is rich in wildlife—giraffes, hippos, and waterbuck are commonly seen along the shores. Naivasha is also one of Kenya’s premier birding hotspots, where keen birders can easily record over 100 species before breakfast. Iconic sightings include African fish eagles, great white pelicans, and the colorful Fischer’s and yellow-collared lovebirds. Visit Crescent Island, the partially submerged rim of an extinct volcanic crater, home to giraffes, buffalo, and diverse birdlife. For more adventure, explore Hell’s Gate National Park, famed for its dramatic cliffs and gorges, where you can walk or cycle among herds of zebra, buffalo, giraffe, and antelope. Sightings of lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, elephants, and various antelopes are common.
