Day 2

Marine Adventure at Wasini Island

Marine Adventure at Wasini Island

After breakfast, head south to Shimoni to board a traditional dhow.
Embark on an excursion to look for dolphins and snorkel in Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park.
Enjoy a Swahili seafood lunch on Wasini Island.
Return to your resort in the late afternoon.

Morning: After an early breakfast, depart your Diani resort around 6:00 AM. Drive north on the Mombasa-Nairobi highway toward Tsavo East National Park, famous for its "red elephants" and the Aruba Dam.
Afternoon: Arrive at your lodge/camp in time for lunch. After relaxing, embark on an afternoon game drive in the park, searching for lion, buffalo, zebra, and a variety of birdlife.
Overnight: Tsavo East Lodge/Camp (1 night).

Morning: Enjoy an early morning game drive in Tsavo East, returning to the lodge for breakfast. Check out and drive to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, a private conservancy near Tsavo West.
Afternoon: Arrive at the iconic, stilt-built Salt Lick Safari Lodge in time for lunch. The lodge is known for its unique design and overlooks a floodlit waterhole, providing excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing right from your room or the lodge's bar area.

Amboseli to Nairobi

Morning: Start your final day with an early morning game drive to catch predators at their most active and hopefully see the clear silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro at sunrise. Return to the lodge for breakfast.
Departure: After breakfast, check out and begin the drive back to Nairobi. You will arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon and be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) for your departure flight.
